After waiting so long, Justin got some news that were not what he expected, but there is hope, that's the most important.
I was surprised that Brian invited Justin to Woody's before his operation; it's a risk to stress him with his so-called friends. Except Emmett, the two others are painful to deal with. Yet, with such pain management, it's bearable... Hot and not that quick.

As for Brian, inviting Justin to meet his friends is more of a gesture to show he does care, a lot. He wouldn't have considered a meeting for anybody. Now, the boys are being crazy and not very subtile, to say the least! But Brian always have a way to lift Justin's mood LOL
