Maybe the problem could be blamed on Lindsay and Melanie not watching their kid, they knew the fireworks were out there, they left their 8 year old with a box of fireworks without checking on him. So they are to blame also.

I can't understand why the family still thinks it is so easy and acceptable to blame Brian for everything that goes wrong... yes it was his lighter, but he didn't hand it to Gus, but nobody (well Mel) never even asked what actually happened... what a bitch!
