Okay, just want to say, I want the planes in this universe! They all got to NY rather quickly, esp Connor from LA! LOL, keep working that artistic license!!

I have a thought for future chapters, considering Brandon & Lindsay and being in custody.

If Brandon stays in the Pitts on remand (is that the same in the US?), a lot of their previous sex slaves etc are in jail there.  Could they possibly get to Brandon amd mete out their own brand of justice? (HE HE - evil laughter!)

Also, according to TV land etc, in womens prisons, new inmates who have commited child abuse get the shit kicked out of them and apparently get burned/scalded and are left with scars to prove it as a kind of scarlet letter, prison style! Is it possible that whilst The Bitch From Hell is on remand she can be beaten and maimed too?  This will be especially karmic for her as she think she's the bee's knees and that everyone is attracted to her. (more evil laughter!)

Any considerations on the above appreciated.

LOL! That artistic license is a wonderful gift, but in this case there is a bit of fact mixed in with fiction. The elite of the elite often have jets that fly just under the speed of sound. But in this case, it's also a matter of time zones and the like. It's also a matter of miles to the gallon, and smaller jet engines as opposed to a 727 or 747; jets are notoriously faster.  An average trip from NY to the Pitts is about an hour and a half, whereas a standard flight from NY to LAX is about three on a non-stop unless there is a layover. Also private jets also have a much different flight plan, and are given priority clearance to land rather than commercial flights. So it's all a matter of which method they used to get to NY.

 

I think the answer to who the assassin is will surprise you. At this point, there's no telling who is a friend or an enemy to people like Stockwell and Peterson. All I will say is that this person has prepared for every eventuality, and is definitely about ten steps ahead in their agenda.

I am looking forward to this story drawing to it's conclusion.  But please, if at all possible, don't leave so long between updates.  This my fave WIP of yours now, having overtaken JTTOU.  I'd hate to have to add my vote to you being locked in a room with Bitch & Whine, LOL!
