CHAPTER 32: Brian Kinney? You're Under Arrest by BritinManor

After Gardner and Stockwell leave the loft in Season 3, Brian storms out telling Justin, "Don't wait up." He even misses the 3 AM curfew.

The next morning two officers show up at the loft looking for Brian, who Justin finds passed out cold on the couch. They ask if anyone can vouch for his whereabouts, and Brian tells them he was drinking down by the river, alone, and wants to know what this is about.

It turns out Chief Stockwell was found murdered in his office, and Gardner has informed the police of the smear campaign found in Brian's loft.

Addendum posted by Nichelle on behalf of Cathy:

~~~
I had intended to say that Brian couldn't recall the events from the night before when the police came. NOW... I thought that along with what Gardner says, we could ALSO have Stockwell's wife say Brian called Jim the night before.
HAPPY PLOTTING, FOLKS!
