I've been reading a cancer arc fic, and one sentence the author wrote was,  “I’m going to be fine. Someday we’ll look back on all of this, and it’ll just feel like a distant memory."  A 'what if' if that 'distant memory' becomes a reality?

The story I referred to in my Chapter Notes is called, "Unconditiioned" by Trueillusion. If no one has started reading this story, I suggest you do. It's an astounding story that tells the cancer arc of canon, only with Brian begrudgingly allowing Justin to help him from the beginning. If this plug on the story isn't appropriate, my apologies, but it was her statement that brought this fic idea to the forefront.
