Wow, Lindsay's WASP training went out the window, showing up at Britin without an invitation, much less a phone call.  Then again, she used to do it at the loft too but in those days it was to see Brian (usually for money). So I guess not much has changed. Same day, different focus.

If it wasn't so pathetic (as Brian would say), it's kind of funny that Lindsay & Michael are fighting over their differing teams.   Lindsay = Team Justin; Michael = Team Brian

Michael needs a muzzle or would that be a muffler? A muzzle with a muffler? That's the ticket!

Favorite line--Wendy can jump off the cliff, I'll keep Tinkerbell.  LOL

Another great chapter, on to the next!

Author's Response:

I hope you liked it. It gets crazy as the chapters continue.

Great wrap up!That was a fantastic story, with its funny, family fluffy, creepy and bizarre moments. Thoroughly entertaining.

Thanks for sharing your imagination and talent.

ROFL, I just calmed down from the last chapter, but picturing everyone staring at Michael with the huge bandage around his head, just set me off again.  How many times is he going to have to explain to people that part of his ear is missing?

Michael is now back to talk to Blake; that conversation misunderstood by Mikey (but of course) interpreted as he should see JR in the hopes that he would run into Brian with Gus.  They could take care of their children together, wouldn't it be perfect?

B/J and kids meeting with Emmett, Debbie and Ted at the diner was great.  Glad Justin has his freedom back.

I'm glad Mel made the decision she did, for herself and the kids.

Kell's interview with Lindsay was disturbing.  I think she will be on her way to a hospital for the criminally insane.

Poor Blake, if he's not careful he will become Michael's new best friend.

Wow! Well, Lindsay didn't kill her mother, but Nancy may wish she had if she ever regains consciousness. Both the lawyer and her father are throwing the Lindsay problem over the wall, back to Mel.  How nice for Mel.

Oh, Mikey, Mikey, Mikey.  Snort, it's not funny, giggle.  Really, it's not funny, Bwahahaha.  She bit off his ear, while he was waiting to hear that Brian, his bestest friend, maybe, possibly wanted to see him.  It could happen, right? Only in your delusional mind, Michael. ROFL

I found that hysterically funny and oh so righteous! Thank you. <BG>

HAHAHA! The confrontation between the Petersons and Justin was hysterical. Go Justin!  And Nancy just learned the lesson we all learn at some point, never assume.  Now we see exactly where Lindsay learned her manipulations and WASP demeanor.

I loved Brian's parting shot to Nancy before they left the house. It is so true!

OMG, did Lindsay kill her? Well, her dad may thank her for it.

Well, maybe Lindsay will achieve some fame after all (or should I say notoriety?), she'll be a case study for the BAU.

I feel sorry for the lawyer sent to help Lindsay, he doesn't know what he's walking in to.

And there's the root of Lindsay's problem right there...Nancy.  So conscious of what others are thinking or will think about her, she isn't even concerned about why in the world would Lindsay even lie about this. Sigh!

Michael's back and it looks like he bought a small clue!  I think Blake did a great job of explaining the facts of the Brian and Mikey Show to Michael.  Had to snicker regarding Michael's thought of contacting Dr. Alex. Poor guy!

And the tally of charges keep going up and Lindsay hasn't even left the police station.  Wonder what mommy and daddy will do to try and make this all go away and cover it up?

I'll say it again, your POV's are excellent, I have no problem visualizing the story with your words.

Justin, Gus and cheesecake, I'm with them, it is very necessary.  Loved that they all had a great time in NY and the ongoing blush battle between Jen and Brian. Lol.

Lindsay's phone calls are definitely creepy!

Lindsay is now arrested and either her sister or parents will be asked to bail her out.  Will her house of cards now tumble?  It will be interesting to see their reactions to the true status of her ‘relationship' with Justin.

Ok, I'm glad Lindsay tried to stab and then threatened Dr.Alex.  He's an impartial professional and she did both deeds in front of a witness (Carl).  Added to the existing charges, she ain't getting out, no matter who her father is.  In fact, she might be on her way to the funny farm. Yay!

I'm glad that B/J and kids got away.  They all needed it.

Another stint in jail and is it possible...has Michael finally bought a clue?

I had to laugh at Lindsay wanting real gifts at her wedding this time around.  If she wasn't thinking of marrying Justin, I could sympathize with her remembering that fertility statue or whatever it was that Michael/Ted got her and Mel.

Justin was bound to do something that didn't fit in with her fantasy.  Now that has happened and so publicly, what will she do?

Is anybody but Michael surprised that no one wanted to bail him out? I didn't think so.

Dang! Lindsay slept in the car again.  I can just picture her stalking through the woods at Britin.  Too bad she didn't come in contact with some poison ivy.  Maybe that would have slowed her campaign to run off with Justin.

Lol - Brian molesting Justin in front of the house.  Lindsay, when did Brian ever have to molest anbody, much less Justin.

Good idea to get out of town for awhile.  They all need a break.

Blake is a smart cookie, glad he stood up to Michael and gave him the smack down he so desperately needs.

I loved the Michael Anonymous comment - Lol

Oh lordy, Lindsay is dragging her parents into this. Well, I hope Lindsay is happy she has managed to get her mother's approval, regardless of how temporary this will be, at least she gets to experience it for once.  Planning a wedding? Yikes.

How lovely that Jen is accompanying them to NY. I laughed to read that Jen is winning the blushing contest with Brian.

Sigh! Michael showing up at Kinnetik.

Lol about Justin's lament asking if there were a smoke signal visible telling Michael/Lindsay to come ruin their day.

Victoria asked the question of the day. Smart little girl.

Poor Justin, you gotta empathize.  He has to curtail his life because Lindsay isn't capable of living in the real world.

LOL, I'm with Brian, run over the two of them at the same time, he's got insurance and any publicity  would probably help his art sales. <g>

I think Max is reading both Michael and Lindsay correctly.  Michael is in a waiting game, he has been for 2 decades and probably will be for the next 2, not so silently pining.  Like he deserves Brian for having waited all those years.

Drat! Too bad the police were too slow getting to Lindsay...it will happen, she can't help herself.

Giggle, I knew Michael would violate the restraining order, I just thought he would go to the house or Kinnetik.  Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Another great chapter, on to the next...

Talk about creating revisionist histories, Lindsay and Michael are certainly special snowflakes!

Kudos to Ted for trying, but it is a lost cause.  Mikey only hears what he wants to.

I'm glad Max is there.  No telling what Lindsay would do to any of them if she felt thwarted enough.

Great POV's!

I get Brian's need to vent, but he has to remember this meeting with Lindsay was just a means to an end. He got custody Gus, mission accomplished. I'm sure Justin will know just what to do when Brian gets home.

The bitchfest between Michael and Lindsay was funny and Michael of all people to mention a restraining order was hysterical!

Well, if her prior behavior didn't convince you she was going around the twist, Linds trolling a neighborhood (the wrong one at that) trying to find Jen certainly should.   When she finally does connect with her on the phone, exhibit one WASP smackdown. Go Jen!

Lol the 3-way conversation between Jen, Justin and Brian, that left Brian blushing and Justin amazed.

I understand the way Justin and Brian are feeling (although from different perspectives), but am glad that they are listening to the experts around them.

I think Blake is spot on with the analogy that Justin is Lindsay's crystal meth and all the accompanying angst that's ahead of her (and the gang) in confronting and handling her addiction.

I'm glad Mel was there to support Brian and yay they got the custody papers signed with relative ease!

And now I know how she reacted to the restraining order. That went well....not.

Great chapter!

Wow, Lindsay is spiraling.

As always, excellent POV's from each character.  I could see Justin not wanting to believe it was that bad until Lindsay used Gus as a bargaining chip.  Gus doesn't matter to her anymore, only her fantasy has hold.  Wonder how she's going to react when she gets the restraining order?

I love the way the gang is rallying round B/J.

On to the next...

Well, now we know how Michael got the key to the loft.  It's good that they all know, so that it won't happen again.

I commiserate with both Brian and Justin regarding how to deal with Lindsay.  Justin wants to let her have it and Brian wants to protect his family from the crazy person.

I'm glad Peter is coming down with a security expert, they badly need advice from an outside party.

After meeting Max I'm seeing some of Justin's and Lindsay's earliest interactions in a different light.  And with the reevaluation, I'm equally concerned.

On to the next...

Lindsay's hamsters have bought real estate in NeverNeverland. How do you jump from supposed mentor to wannabe wife? I'm worried for both Brian and Justin.  Would she hurt Brian to get him out of the way and/or Justin because he's not falling in with her fantasy?

Well, at least she has no problem signing the paperwork to dissolve her marriage with Mel.  Maybe Mel can slide paperwork in there to sign over custody of Gus too?

Poor Ted, leave the office for two weeks and look what he's missed.  I agree with him to a certain extent, in just how far would Lindsay go to fulfill her fantasy.

Funny how Lindsay went to Brian first to talk about getting out of Justin's life, instead of speaking with Justin first.  Is there still a grain of the truth rattling around in her brain, that Justin would shut her down unless she can get Brian to leave first?  It looks like she's willing to barter custody of Gus to get what she wants.

Speeding on to the next chapter!

Well, I enjoyed that. LOL

Dang, even after all the facts were laid out, Michael still thought he would be given custody?

I'm glad for JR that his visitation is to be supervised. Although sad to say, .I think that little girl could take care of herself better than her father could.

So I guess this means he will get arrested for violating the restraining order after the hearing. How many hours will it take? Lol

Can't  wait to read the next chapter...

That whole conversation between B&J about the Oreos and the girls was made of win. And Brian's delivery of more cookies made me love Brian too.

I wonder if Michael will get arrested for violating the restraining order before or after the custody hearing?

I think I feel rather sorry for Michael's lawyer...no, not really.  The hearing should be a slam dunk for Mel.

I, too, wonder why Ben stayed so long, but now he can get on with the rest of his life and move forward.

I don't think Lindsay is just a budding stalker anymore, not with the internal monologue she just had in her head.

Gus' perspective on Lindsay's visits as being drive by or like a drive thru is spot on, if a little sad.  Although truthfully, the less time he spends around her the better.

Great chapter!

I'm glad B/J were able to get some time alone with their family unit.

I had a feeling Mikey would get caught at the loft, glad he wasn't doing anything more than stealing the Oreos and milk, at least this time.

I giggled like mad picturing Justin wielding the Lysol can on Michael and having to be told to stop by the cop...Lol

I don't think Michael will believe the restraining order is real...Brian wouldn't do that to his bestest friend, it's somehow going to be all Justin's fault, I think.

I'm glad Brian is getting serious about dealing with both Michael and Lindsay.  I think Lindsay is going to be the tougher nut to crack though.

Great chapter, on to the next...

I didn't realize that E was tasteless. I was wondering why Ben went with it willingly.  Wow, I think he has every reason to be royally pissed -- the potential risk to his health, not to mention his job, Mikey's lies, attitude regarding JR, and Mikey is more concerned about having to face Mel!  I'm glad Ben didn't let this slide.  I hope this is the wake up call required to get Michael out of his life. It could only be to his benefit.

Michael's been rooting through the loft and B/J don't know?   Ewwww.

Lol, Lindsay keeps showing clearly why she couldn't effectively manage the gallery, the poor dear.Lovely how Brian is taking care of Deb and Carl. How wonderful that they are going to Hawaii.

That was a good conversation between Justin and Mel.  If all Lindsay can talk about in their counseling sessions is Justin's career, I think the marriage is a partnership of one.  I mean, how do you work with that?  Actually, I'm kind of surprised that the counselor isn't recommending a different type of therapy for Lindsay...

Loved the Yoda comments!

Michael called Ben a drama queen? That's adding insult to injury.

Justin strikes again with the perfect response to Michael. Lol.

Great chapter!

I agree with Justin, it's so difficult to find the time to bury bodies these days!

Geez, Mikey's hamsters are in NeverNeverland and left him behind.  He really thought Justin would assist him in any way, much less the custody hearing? Smh

JR is a very smart 5 year old (must get it Mel), she certainly has her man/child father's number, poor kid.

I certainly hope both Michael & Ben enjoyed their night out.  I can't believe that they indulged to the extent that they did though, especially so close to the hearing and Michael was told that Mel has an investigator watching them.

And then to oversleep and miss their pick-up time for JR.  How is this any worse than what Lindsay did? Father of the universe indeed.

I loved the voicemail that Justin left for the Novotny-Bruckners.

Another great chapter!

When are Mel and Lindsay finally going to end it.  I don't think counseling at this late date is going to be of benefit, especially when one of the partners is a budding stalker and neither recognizes it.

Michael, drop in dad extrordinaire.  I'd feel sorry for JR (I hate that moniker, it always makes me think of junior or JR Ewing - and for anyone not in the know, there was this evening soap opera in the latter half of the prior century called Dallas, this character was an oil magnate, who was an asshole and eventually got shot) except that the less exposure she has to him has to be better for her.

I'm disappointed that Ben didn't and continues not to see through Michael's machinations.  Or maybe he doesn't want to see?

Ted is so gaga over Austin, I'm glad.

The drop in dad is suing for custody and he thinks B/J will support him. He really has gone to NeverNeverland. He should buy real estate and stay there.

That Lyndsay feels she can horn in everywhere in Justin's life is appalling.  Glad she got no satisfaction from Reed and it's a good thing Justin and Peter talked about what the true boundaries should be regarding Lynsday.

Where is JR? Drop in dad strikes again and this is going to help his custody hearing how? What a moron.

Great chapter.

OMG, Lindsay took one helluva long nap, in a car no less.

I think the principal was pretty reasonable and they reached a good solution. Although the fact that Justin is the one picking them up will send Lindsay on her crusade again (Justin needs to work!), but this one is on her. Smh

The slinging match between Michael and Lindsay? Hilarious! LOL Beavis and Butthead! Heehee

Lovely ending with all the kids in the room.  Like Brian, I too can see the painting in my mind's eye.

I think I mentioned before how much I like the different POV's.  You do them so very well.

Michael is going off the deep end because Brian doesn't want to come out and play with him.  I don't blame Ben for being pissed (although what he ever saw in Michael is beyond my ken).

Lindsay is in full angst mode because no one sees the value of her opinion and won't listen to her.  Why she keeps showing up to take care of the girls, when she can't even manage JR & Gus...just who does she think she's kidding? Certainly not B/J.

I like getting the glimpses of B/J day to day banter in their relationship as lovers, partners and fathers. And I think its great that Ted/Blake and Emmett/Calvin are evolving right along with them and have remained good friends.

The conversation or should I say confrontation between Brian and Michael, is a perfect example of how selective Michael's hearing is.  After everything Brian said, Michael's response is that Brian is cranky. smh

Lol, I loved the conversation between Jen, Justin and Brian.  Very apropos!

Well, Lindsay got no satisfaction in her visit with Sydney, poor darling.

Shame on Deb for her loose lips around Michael, especially when he has his Briandar scope on.

I knew it and so did Justin! <giggles like mad> Mikey did screw up the opinions and assholes bon mot and he did it so well too.  Lol

Emmett such a good guy, taking one for the team.

The fact that the police were called, by other tenants, to remove Michael, should have given him a pause, but I don't think it will.

Another great chapter.
