Hobbies: QaF Fanfiction, taking long walks preferably in the autumn with the camera in tow. Long bicycle rides even when it rains ( but not too hard). I love the woods and fields around my town but I also love the beach. I'm an outdoor kinda girl .
I love Dr. Who, (10 is to die for.) Torchwood, Star Trek and Star Wars, Arrow and a major fan of John Barrowman and Matt Bomer. Lately discovered Shadowhunters and religously shipping Malec. Also loving the vocal stylings of Mr. Adam Lambert.
I used to repair bicycles for a living. I loved to get my hands real dirty and love the fact that 15 years ago I opened the door to more women working this line of work. But still we are few.
Recently I decided due to more and more strains on my body to switch careers.
I'm going to go on an artistic journey by trying my hand on different arts and crafts areas. I developed a keen interest in working working with stained glass and glass painting. Also interested in painting on silk.
Having gotten used to work in jeans and old shirts left me with a craving for nice clothes and shoes. I love, love, love vintage (inspired) clothing especially the swing dresses of the 50's.. But the odd pencil dress, tops, blouses or 40's pair of trousers can be found in my wardrobe.
I came to QaF about 10 years after the show aired discovering a clip on youtube. A couple of months later a friend gave me the downloaded series as a birthday present. Hooked ever since. Recently I bought the original series (no netflix version for me) boxset for a small price. Heaven does excist.

The reason I picked Summer Of Sin for my admin pick is partly because it is so well written and the other reason is that the amazing Tagsit invited readers to come watch her write and maybe join in. I was curious, so I started watching her write. Then she would chat with those of us that had joined in getting ideas and suggestions. Wonderful, gorgeous, fast paced. From the first words in the first chapter you pulled me into this marvellous story.
I love Justin as a power top and I also love Brian as a bottom. The chemistry between them is beautifully depicted. The commeraderie between them, the easy banter and the blatant sexuality is what keeps my interrest in this story going.
I simply adore Ted and Blake and their easy going way towards Justin. So great to see Ted this happy.
Michael though I expect will be causing a bit of a stir when he finds out about the 'relationship' already exisiting between Brian and Justin.
Looking forward to reading the next chapters of this amazing story.

I never read the original fairytale but long time ago I saw a movie adaptation done by a Czech filmcompany. So beautifully done with deep undertones of sadness and love.
Your story has those undertones as well. There were chapters so deeply sad and some so exstaticly happy. Reading this one was like a rollercoater ride. Very riveting and exciting. And yes, I also read the last two chapters for I love a happy ending.
I don't mind a BJ AU story and this is one of the best I read in a long time.
This goes on my fave list. Off to read some more of your stories.

The last couple of chapters had me crying with laughter for days on end. OMG how do you wicked girls come up with that much torment for one person? I loved the tortures you put Lindsey through, she really deserved all of it.

Totally NOT upset about a chapter without smut.
This was one sweet chapter. It brought tears to my eyes to see how far Justin would go to make Gus happy. The way Brian opened up and showed his vulnerability and depth of feeling makes this chapter even more special.
