It was so worth the wait ;-))
The beginning is playful with a little serious stuff (cancer, work, family) between Mel and Leda. As soon as Brian and Justin arrive, the ton becomes friendly and gently mocking. I really love the new dynamic between Mel and Brian.
As for the last part, you spoiled us with a loooooooooong and super hot scene.
To make it better, there are 2 chapters to read.

Poor delusional Lindsey, she's still hoping to get Brian and she's lying to achieve this goal.
Emmett, Brian and Ted exchange about the "see the light" period is so funny.
Justin might have good ideas about Lindsey's pregnancy, but he has a hard time dealing with his soon to be ex-boss and ex-partner.
Can't wait for the next chapter!
