This silly idea has been circling around in my head since Halloween and demanded to be written, so I can actually sleep at night.

After Brian scores a major contract with an up and coming movie studio, he celebrates at the biggest gay club in Los Angeles. He ends up taking the celebration to the beach where a blonde swimming in the ocean catches his attention. The same can be said of the blonde who will reveal to Brian that merman and mermaids are not just in the movies. What will happen when they come face to face in the water...

"There are just some things that should never, logically, exist in this world, Brian Kinney. Good kids kicked around or tossed away for being who they are. Hate-filled Christians. Diseases that eat away at the very soul of a being.  They just don't make sense. Then again, we have the platypus. Flying fish. A midnight moonbow. Trained soldiers with soft touches and artistic souls. They make not a shit's worth of sense, either. But exist they do. And I'll deal with the bad if I can find that little bit of good, and thank god for it."
