Omg I have just read the 25 chapters in one go and screamed NOOOOOOOOO when I saw I have to wait for the next chapter. Omg I am mesmerized by this story I want every word every chapter now lol

My Darling DARLING Chris! It is so good to see you over here on KD! I'm so thrilled that you are enjoying this rewrite with is both AU dosed heavily with Canon events. I can't tell you what a joy it is to right some major wrongs and create several new ones!
As for updating, I'm in the process of finishing the SIDEBARS for this SOWK Part I out, but don't worry...there is PLENTY more drama to be had throughout this installment, leading to Part 2. The original 'Part 2 (which as you recall was actually written first)' will be phased into this work at some point, but not quite yet. Surprise twists and turns await and I hope that you enjoy every single second of it!
In the meantime, I have been an exceptionally busy gal on here and have several WIPs both open and finished. The "Time's Up" series is finally done as is "Mr. and Mr Taylor-Kinney" so if you haven't done so, feel free to check them out. Also there are some amazingly gifted writers here to keep you screaming at the screen! I'm very fortunate to be among them.

Is Brian going to talk about his visits at the hospital?

Hey Claire!
I'm so glad that you are enjoying this. I'm not sure that Brian will be called back to the stand at this point to talk about his visits to the hospital. Since Justin's stay at AGH and his recovery afterwards deviates significantly from canon, it's pretty common knowledge that Brian has been there throughout. A large part of this particular territory was covered within Jennifer's testimony regarding Justin's power of attorney. Also, Brian's display of lost temper and subsequent answering of medical questions put the depth his involvement into perspective for all within the courtroom.
He might be called back to the stand, based on the testimonies of Spike and Tyke to refute some claims. I'm hoping to spare him that trauma as the author, but honey, these characters have developed a mind of their own. LOL

Hey Phyllis! So glad that you are enjoying this thus far. As for questions, if there is one thing I'm learning about Judge Lano, it's that just like Judge Montgomery, she is extremely thorough. She'll get the direct answers to whatever questions she has come hell or high water.

Well Dale just learned when stepping up to Brian Aiden Kinney never swing a stick, when Brian will be swinging a hammer to lay you flat lol
Brian handled himself beautifully even when he lost his cool a little but he still told the truth.
Palmer is about to learn you can't defend the indefensible.
Chris is going to take the stand?

LOL! Didn't he learn that lesson though?! Brian laid him flat with one well-placed question and then showed exactly why it was the wrong one to ask him. Justin told him that he would learn the Jedi mind-trick and it seems as if he's learned his lesson well here. I'm looking forward to many more instances where he picks up a few pointers from Jen and Justin- the true Padme and Luke of WASP! He'll live up to Justin's 'Yoda' moniker for him yet, LOL
Chris is definitely going to take the stand. In fact, he's next up...and WHEW! That's all I will say!
