Please Say there was a clause put in the paperwork for Joan to receive money from Brian, that if she attacks him verbally whether it be in public or private Brian can stop giving her support and he can file a restraining order against her, and she has to payback every cent Brian shelled out to her
Plus Brian shelled out a lot of money to Deb and Michael over the years perhaps its time Brian got restitution? <wicked grin>
And if they can find the notebook which details how much Deb was tricking Brian out of in Lindsay's possession, then she can be sued for any money that wasn't spent on Gus, especially if is is stipulated in the support agreement between Brian, Lindsay and/or Mel?
After all Brian never gave cash he always paid by check (Always did on he show)and Ted balances his accounts, though it would be smart to get an outsider who no one can say is helping Brian for personal reasons.
Threaten their money and they will turn on each other faster than a mosquito bite ;)

OK, going forward, I really hope someone finds that book of Debs quickly and keeps it same. While I don't want Brian to read it, I want everyone else to and burn her at the stake. I hate the word, but man, you really made yer into a cunt in this story! In other's she was redeemable for the most part, but she is pure evil in this. And how does Lindsey know about it? Did she really find it? She put on a good show pretending not to know about Michael's books. Looking forward to when she get's nailed as well.

Oh wouldn't it be great if Brian were to own Joan's house? I'd love to see her evicted before she can even try to appologize. She could move in with Debs and Michael and have their own little witch coven.

So Lindsay did know, how cruel. Deb thinking that Joan will have an effect is just so wrong. Time for a lawsuit. There must be something that can put them in jail. Everyone would defend Brian, but I think Brian is capable of telling them off himself.
