I don't care how talented they (Eric & Christian) are, having them there at Kinnetik, I believe, won't be good karma at all. There has got to be people out there with the same qualifications. And just knowing about Hobb's father & what he did to his own son?! Omg! Where is he now & can 'someone' have him killed please?! Horrifying!
And Mel! Holy shit girl, you KNOW these two, did you ever hear of knocking before entering a room? I would have been pissed at her, Christ! Live & learn I guess.
Hey Shine! I understand your issues with hiring Eric and Christian, but there is a method to Justin's seeming madness. On one hand, hiring them prevents any possible civil lawsuits about discrimination even if they are falsified (again, think Kip Thomas). On the flipside of that theory is the adage "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer". It's going to be interesting to discover what Eric, who is the wild card, really is. As for Mel, it was really a comedy of errors kind of thing. Although she's annoyed, Brian's remarks to her tempers that a bit. Brian as always is an insolent imp, and takes great joy in goading her. The Brian/Mel dynamic just keeps growing and changing in ways I've never imagined. And it's a great thing since they are both going to rely on it. Stay Tuned Darling! Time for Justin to mark his territory (Why should Brian get all the fun ;)) and show that loser that he was just a poor substitute cause the real thing is 10xs!!
Getting away is a good idea and perhaps after the trials they should all get away to shake off the scrum and embrace a new beginning?
