So glad those 2 got to talk. Much was discussed and now Justin knows what really happened. He took responsiblity for his own actions and placed Brian's squarely on his shoulders as well. Now that he has the correct info, when michael inevitably tris to get in teh way, he won't run, but will stand by brian.
Hopefully Ben will understand Justin trying to work things out with Brian. that won't try to intrude either, but will be a friend much like Daphne. I doubt Michael will like the fact that Justin and ben are friends.
Looking forward to the next update. I so needed this to read! Election has been so emotionally draining. This was just the salve I needed. Many thanks.

OMG! I love Jen! She really lays it all out there for Brian and doesn't judge him. If anything she judges Justin and holds him accountable but with the loving heart of a parent. That last line made he laugh. She would definitely understand what a child who wants to be with Brian is like. I know that Brian will really consider her advice.
The more I read about the two bitches and the mitch, the more pissed off I get. I would say that Mel and Lindsay should have seen the emotional torment Michael was inflicting on Gus but those to self-absorbed heifers couldn't see how their own actions were hurting their 'son.' They all deserve to be locked away somewhere where they only have each other for company. Michael's whine, Lindsay's shushing and that false concern of hers, along with Mel's barking should be enough to drive them all crazy.

Michael is PATHETIC as usual! What a moron. He's probably lucky that he was clutching his daughter's hand so that Justin wouldn't lay him out for his ignorant and spiteful comments. But then again, Justin probably didn't think the mouthy little troll was worth the effort. I hope they find out that Michael erased the message from Justin off the machine and they all finally face some hard consequences for their actions and neglect.
I'm glad that Justin finally got the whole story and heard the truth underneath all the drama. No Brian wasn't right but Michael is thick as always and Brian's words would have fallen on selectively deaf ears. It's great that they are establishing some preliminary ground rules of trust and communication if they are going to give themselves a chance to be together.

It's said the road to hell is paved with good intentions and Brian learned the truth of that statement the hard way! What a MESS!! I don't blame Justin for leaving; only what happened after he found out he was pregnant. I could understand wholeheartedly why he wouldn't want Michael around his child. Michael treated Justin with less respect than he would have given a dog and I wouldn't have wanted that type of negativity around my child either. Plus no doubt Michael would have used Jacob to try and play 'house' with Brian. YUCK!!!
As for Melanie... that chick has a lot of nerve. It always amazes me that she forgets why Brian gave his rights over to her in the first place. Being insecure in her relationship with Lindsay turned her into a shrew. Perhaps if they had let the sleeping dog that was their so called relationship die, this mess would not have happened.
Hopefully after Justin goes to Canada, Justin will sit and talk with Brian and they can find a clear way forward, even if they have to dissect the past to get there.

Daphne is a good friend she just needs to take a step back so Brian and Justin can figure out what they want, she can give her opinion but she can't live their lives for them.
Michael getting drugged was funny he needs to go back to sleep cause Brian isn't going to believe one word he has to say since he was helping the girls keep Gus away from him.
Mel was so busy playing her game she didn't care that Justin got hurt not once but twice when Chris didn't go to jail, that is going to have everyone gunning for her Ass, it isn't Deb I would be afraid of my money is on Jennifer Taylor, you haven't seen anything until you have seen a Wasp Mother Taylor Kick Ass!!! lol

I guess a protective Daph is a good thing, but holy cow!! She's brutal! the boys beign protective of Brian was a hoot! I'm imagining those 2 scowling at Daphne. Justin trying his darndest to explaing things to Daph. I'm glad he stood up for himself, Brian and the situation though. Perhaps now that he's had a chance to explain everything to her she'll lst them do their thing their own way. I get the feeling that she'll really warm up to Brian though and be as supportive as ever of the 2.
Had to giggle over Lindsey doping Michael.hehehe. At least they got away and he was none the wiser till he regained consciousness. They have a decent head start. Lindsey is really questioning Mel now though. Is there hope for her yet?? I don't know. I have no idea where her loyalties will lie and that makes me nervous. she knows that what Mel did was wrong, adn will definitely watch out for future behaviour. She knows that what Mel did to Justin was beyond wrong, but will she do the right thing when she finds out all about how involved Mel really was or will she stay simply for financial purposes. I don't think she really loves Mel here. And OMG!! Daph is right!! when Deb finds out about mel's involvment? Holy craaaaaaaaaaaap! What exactly are they hoping to accomplish now? Do they really think they can just swoop in and get Gus back? How far will they go in their fight for him? And will Lindsey stick with Mel in that fight? So very many paths you can take with this and I am so looking froward to the journey you are going to take us all on!
BTW....does Michael seriously think that he's going to ingratiate himself back into Brian's life? Seriously?!?!? Is he that delusional? what am I saying...........of course he is. just makes it all that much more funto see him fall flat on his face. Of course he's going to try to get between Brian and Justin, but it won't work. those 2 are always so strong together when they are on the same page.

Roy being tossed into the story now that is quite interesting considering his prejudice against anyone who is gay, I want to find out what happens when they talk to that scumbag lawyer and why they went to Roy to get that paperwork filed.
Why would he help Mel?
Did she pay him, how much and did the money come from Brian without his knowledge?
Glad this legal battle will have to take place in Pittsburgh the are some questions the girls will have to answer and this time it will be in front of a judge.
Lindsay works at an art store not a gallery and Mel's job is hanging on by a thread, so I get the feeling Brian is supporting them all I doubt Michael is paying any support.
More questions springing up about Mel, Lindsay and their actions prior to moving to Canada and after.

I knew there had to be a way for Brian to get his parental rights back he was tricked by Mel and the sleazy attorney because he was trying to do the right thing for his son.
I always wondered why Mel ran to Brian to help her get rid of the French guy Lindsay almost married when her name is still on the house and she is still paying the bills despite the fact that they are apart, plus if Lindsay needed help she could always go to Brian she had no problem asking him for help paying for daycare when she had to go back to work after Mel moved out...hmmmm perhaps Brad should look into that too??
That never quite made sense to me Mel always touted herself as being stronger than Brian, I thought she had the bigger dick so why couldn't she get rid of the French guy without bringing Brian in??
Michael living in delusional land again thinking after years of flaunting in front of Gus that he is a better Daddy, that now because he brings Gus to Brian wrapped in a bow that Brian will just be so grateful that he and Michael will hook up at long last?!? Boy Please Get A Life!!
