DEBBIE!!!!!!! OMG! OMFG! OMGGGGGGGGG!!!! It's definitely NOT hard to see with her mealy-mouthed deceitful offspring has learned how to manuver and manipulate situations to his liking. He learned it from his mother!! I can't believe she had the audacity to issue a directive that Brian drop everything he's got going for her son!!! WTH!! And all because his manchild ass can't grow the hell up. Well I hope she likes having him for family and company for the rest of her life because she's lost Brian... and I don't doubt that once the entire truth of what Michael's done and she's condoned is out that anyone will be quick to forgive her. If I were Mel, I would petition the courts as soon as I have the baby to revoke ALL rights from Michael. He isn't stable and apparently Debbie isn't either!! 

As for Justin, I'm torn. Part of me understands not wanting to put anymore strain on Brian because basically his entire existence for the past two years is being revealed as one huge elaborate lie and the life he can remember with the Novotnys is deteriorating in such a way that it's irreparable. That said, I am also ANGRY that he never said anything BEFORE this domino effect started happening. True, they ended on a severed note (I'm sure we'll get filled in on what actually happened from either Justin or maybe Ben's POV) but the fact that they have found their way back to each other should have meant something significant. No, I can't find it in my heart to stay truly mad at him but now I pity him more than anything. If he had just been as courageous as he was when he and Brian first met; as tenacious as he's always been, then maybe he wouldn't find himself at such a loss now. The thing is that if the accident has followed basically the same timeline series, then Justin was going through his own issues with PTSD and insecurity. Everything between him and Brian leading up to the advent of Ethan demonstrated those two things. Perhaps that is why I am torn in my feelings. My heart hurts either way for both Brian and Justin. I hope that Ben- who has nothing to gain from getting Brian and Justin together or tearing them apart- can get through to Brian and make him see this fiasco from all sides. Perhaps Brian knowing when and where his and Justin's original breakdown in communication occurred and the part his best friend played in formenting it will put Justin's POV in perspective for Brian at long last.

I am anxiously awaiting the next chapter!

I have such insanely mixed emotions. I thought last chapter had me going...this one takes the cake.

I have to get this out first. I'm so disappointed in Justin. Angry even. He's had so many opportunities to be honest with Brian, especially considering the amount of times that Brian has opened up...has discussed that shit that Michael has pulled etc. I get he's been scared. I get that he feels responsible for the accident. (He's totally not) But he's been hiding the truth out of protecting himself in the long run. He's scared that HE's going to lose Brian...He's scared Brian is going to blame HIM. I know they will work things out inevitably. I have NO idea what you have up your sleeve for the next chapter but I absolutely can't wait to see. He spoke to Seth and Seth told him that he NEEDS to talk to Brian. That what he's doing makes him no better than the others. Let's wait and see what happens now........I'm incredibly anxious!!

Now....as for Debbie. I had a physical reaction in all honesty. Truly!! I felt nausea, I felt red hot FURY!! She's excusing her actions. Yes...she realized her errors...she KNEW she was wrong, but she did it anyway. No matter what she was going through emotionally, what she said.....what she did. Inexcusable and completely unforgivable. I have no idea what's in store down the road for them, but she's correct in that she has irrevocably changed them all.

I'm not in the least bit trusting Lindsey. she's definitely up to something. I have an inkling suspicion that she knows about everything. Knows about michael's machinations, knows about Justin. Just a suspicion.

I don't get how everyone is so disbelieving of the way Brian is now. I mean it's been 2.5 years. Not months....years. Plenty of time for them to see this new Brian. te get to know this one adn to stop treating him with such distain, disrespect becuase of actions he took years before that he currently doesn't even remember. They should all be incredibly ashamed of themselves!!!

Ben is back huh. Now that was an interesting twist!! Didn't really see that coming. Itwas mentioned that ne may come back...but Brian and him meeting this way. For Brian to start getting the truth of everything this way.......WOW!

So my dear. You've left me completly gutted. I am so looking forward to the next update. I forsee more heartache coming. More angst. I can only hope there is a glimmer of hope in there as well. Hopefully Ben will be able to defuse some of Brian's fears and anxieties. And hopefully, Brian allows Justin to FINALLY come forward with the truth and give them both time to heal. He has every right to be angry, but I hope that through that anger, he see's Justin's fears.

Oh dear Justin had the chance and blew it.  Nice that Ben showed up and set the record straight.  Deb was way out of line and got just what she deserved.  Vic would have been so disappointed in her.

I'm so ashamed of Debbie... how dare she add on to the lies of michael... scared or not that is UNFORGIVABLE!!!!

and this was bound to happen... Justin is just as bad as the others... he saw how Michael's manipulations were hurting Brian... and then when he heard what Debbie did to add to it, he still remained quiet... he's obviously afraid, but more than that, Justin is just being selfish...

I hope (if not I'll be so upset) that this ends happily and Brian will finally realize what Ben just said about fate making sure they were back together... but too late for Justin that he didn't tell Brian himself... he had MANY opportunities to do it, but always chickened out.  I'd feel bad for J, but he did this to himself!

First off thank you so much for this very long update!!!!

Second, how cute is Gus!  I love how he always calls Justin "Daddy's Heart." 

Third, Michael has some explaining to do.  Debbie needs to beat it out of him. lol

I think I figured out in the last chapter what Justin might be hiding.  He really does need to tell Brian soon.  He might be upset to start with but like everyone else has said in the reviews, Brian will go crazy if he finds out from someone else.

I am just so loving this story and get so excited everytime I see an update.  Thanks for sharing.

Such an incredibly long chapter. So much happening! I had to read it twice just to take everything in properly. That and I had to get over my immediate over the top reaction to the ending. Soooo exciting! :)

Not overly surprised that Michael did what he did. While he needs definitely psych help, it's not for the suidical tendancies that doc thinks. It's fo his devious behavior towards Brian. I mean he had to know that at some point people would figure shit out, but being in such a state of delusion, I guess he thought he could excuse it away. 

Justin REALLY needs to come forward. I know she's sacred, but things will be worse for him if Brian finds out from someone else. He hates lies. I do want to know why he's been so secretive from the start though. It would've been so much better if he'd been straight forward at the beginning. I hope Brian understands and reconsiles himself to the fact that Justin was doing what he thought best. (in his own mind) Hopefully Brian remebers the words he said here. that they would overcome any hurdles together.

Definitely curious about the accident. there's more there than we currently know. Looking forward to more details on that scenario.

Kind of pissed at the gang. Good that Brian spoke to Emmett like he did. Emmett seems the most open of the bunch. I mean, seriously...after 2 years you'd think they'd have noticed the change in him, and would stop holding on so tightly to the Brian of old. Very disappointing.

So many small hints of truth coming out at times, yet sadly, Brian not being able to catch any of them. We're all left reading it and getting so frustrated. lol I just want to shout at them all.

The ending to this chapter..........I am completely and utterly speechless. I cheered...I shouted. I was bouncing up adn down in excitement. Debbie knows!! Debbie knows!! What lies now will Michael tell to try and get himself out of it? will Debbie fall for it? Please PLEASE post soon1 I'm not so sure I can wait till tomorrow! LOL.

OMG! OMG! OMFG!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!! Someone heard it!!! YES!!!! And he can't try to worm his way out of his lies! Plus, Debbie heard that Michael tried to off himself on purpose! Good for his conniving cunty ass!! Lord, I must read the end of this chapter AGAIN! It is that good!!! 

Now Justin has to tell Brian the truth before anyone else does- namely Emmett, Lindsay or the Jackass himself. Emmett's talk with Brian was definitely appropriate and long overdue. I can't wait for them all to see that Brian and Justin never really ended...only took a break due to circumstances beyond either of their controls. Although I do wonder if the accident happened during the "Ethan Episode." I think I've asked that before and I know I have to wait for the answer but this chapter makes me even more certain that it was. But then Brian talks about being hit in the head and that brought about even more questions.

Lindsay... what can I say about that Waspy Witch?! I think I'm looking forward to her shock as much as I'm looking forward to Michael's. Okay...so I can semi-understand Mel's reaction to knowing that Brian has introduced Gus to his partner. I am a parent as well... but she has to know how protective Brian is. It's ingrained on his DNA as much as being a bitch is stitched on Lindsay's. I think she'll be happy about Brian being permanently off limits to Lindsay in all facets.

Finally new get to the good stuff

I have the feeling that something bad is going to happen soon and Brian will recover his memory.

OMG  OMG OMG OMFG!!!!! I am having such a mix of emotions here.

A) Can I please please please hurt Michael?? PLEASE?!?!?!?!? Fuck he's such an asshole. He's been lying this entire time! If they really had been together for 9 years, the gang would've said something, even inadvertantly over the past 2 years. Something that would've given something away. Notice Michael does nothing romotely questionable when the others are around.

B) I'm kind of freaking out in fear of Brian's reaction to what I HOPE Justin will eventually reveal. My goodness. Justin must be beside himself. Furious at Michael, scared shitless at and FOR Brian, scared for their furture. (OK...not really 'cause they HAVE to end up together!!) 

Please understand...I'm currently doing a liver detox for the next 4 days, and am off coffee. Not coping well. ;)  My anxiety is at a high point. Please...PLEASE ease my burden, even just a tiny tiny bit.

Am REALLY looking forward to the next chapter. We're just past the half way point now....So enjoying this!

I so loved this chapter.  I'm so in love with Brian being in love.  It's such a change from his normal character.

The bathroom/raw scene.  THUMP!  That was so hot and so perfect.

Gus was so cute wanting to see daddy's heart.  I hope he likes his new room at the new house.

Things are going really well...I have a sense of dread coming.  Don't be too harsh with us. lol

I hope they make it all legal before Michael finds out and tries to take their happy away... I do think Brian is going to be pissed that nobody told him his past... of course, Brian hasn't told Justin about his supposed relationship with Michael, so it all evens out, but I'm guessing they will argue, but hopefully get back to happy in the end... and Michael be damned... I want everyone to find out what he did and HATE him for it!
