I bet Lindsay will have a stroke when she sees that Brian took in 2 kids but didn't want her babies.

I do so enjoy each and every chapter you post.  This one is great because we get to see that Brian has a big heart.  It's nice that he and Mel are getting along and funny how Michael can't seem to cope with Jenny.

How dare they fired Emmett, poor guy..I hope Grampy put Kelly's dad and Craig in their place and learn not to cross over Justin's family...

And the Peterson is just as pathetic as their daughter..Wonder what would Sam's reaction when Ron called him and ask him what he's planning to do about Lindsay's pregnancy or the kids when they delivered..?

Ron has some nerve. I guess he just thinks Brian acts like himself would in the same situation.

I take it that The Petersons, Craig, Kelly and her parents are learning that you don't mess with anyone associated with Grampy and Granny.

Gotta love the grandparents they know how to Bitch Slap so that you feel it forever but they never leave a physical mark lol

Ron and Nancy trying to get Brian to accept his responsibility for the twins is laughable since they didn't even recognize their grandson Gus, hopefully Sam will be his normal charming self and set Ron straight with who the father is and how he feels about it.

That was so enjoyable I can't wait to read it all over again :)

LMAO!!! Craig and the Petersons got shut DOWN!!! Now they know that Lindsay is a liar... I think I most enjoyed the fact that number one: Gus called them strangers and number two: Lynette was there. Looks like loose labia lips lying Lindsay is about to get taught a lesson about honesty that she'll never forget. Lynette certainly won't let her! LOL Wonder what that conversation with Scuzzy Sam is going to be like for Ron...ROFLMFAO!!!! Hey Ron, your daughter's a lowlife and so is your future grandkids' father!

Firing Emmett after the work was done was just plain low!! They want the best but didn't want to pay for him, that's what it all boils down to. The 'scandal' surrounding him was simply the excuse. Kellie's mother is a guttersnipe for doing that. And yes I hold Kellie responsible too because if the party is given in her name- be it personal or the company- she should still check behind those she delegated responsibility to. I'm glad Warren called her out on it!

You know...as much as I feel bad for ben that he heard the truth of things straight from Michael's mouth. I hope he doesn't play the victim. He was just as big an ass as Michael and Lindsey were/are. they totally manilpulated him, but everyone else around warned him. told him he was screwing up, but he didn't listen.

Lindsey is useless. Still feeling entitled. sheeeesh.

Michael just wants Jenny to have a real connection to Brian. they could "raise their kids together"...again pfffffffffffffft.

cheers

Elaine

Now that was just mean.  For them to fire Emmett after he did all the work.  At least we know the food is good.  I hope they appologize to Emmett.  Molly and Gina seem to get along.  Gus is into older women?  Lovely chapter.

Well well well they're so eager to get Jenny from Mel but unable to take care of her and expected Debbie to watch the baby???They don't even know that Deb was not at home...Michael really is a stupid dump ass, (sorry )and now he's all alone bacause seems Lindsay doesn't care about his plan but her own agenda..And at first i was pissed with Ben when he cornered Justin but i guess now he heard the reall reason for his so called husband for getting back with him he finally get it..it must a punch to his guts..

Aaaah Brian is so sweet and adorable the way he acts toward Justin..Picking  him up from work, bcoz he doesn't want him to drive from working at night like it was Justin's first time..??I'm sure it's just a way to him first thing in the morning..😍😍

You know, I was totally going down the road of Ben losing his hearing a and never finding out the Mikey used him, but no, Mikey just needed to say it loud enough.  Poor lovesick Ben.  Mikey playing the family card is hysterical.  He still thinks he should be rich, so he really doesn't even understand family.  I love how Lindsay is so concerned she hasn't even tried to come up with a plan for Gus beyond trying to go out with Brian to meet Grampy.

Mel lucked out cuz, Granny and Grampy are putting those two in their lanes.  Brian and Justin are in love and united, no complaints.  The gala is coming, lol.

Oh No Ben You Don't Get To Walk Away From This Wreck, You Hitched Yourself To This Train So Enjoy The Ride!!!

Ben can't really be surprised Michael is using him he had years to deal with Michael running after Brian and Let Him, he treated Hunter like crap repeatedly and Let Him, now that Michael wants to play Daddy he should just bend over and Let Him continue to step all over his back.

Michael is expecting Deb to take of  Jenny while he sits on his flat Ass and read comics, he is ready for the responsibility of a baby like Ben is ready for the responsibility of a teenager.

I wouldn't be surprised if he got on the witness stand and blamed Danny for the reason why he is a crappy father, Brian may not have wanted to be a father but unless the girls started bitching he never willing turned his on back on Gus and left others to handle the hard stuff.

Michael wanted a kid to improve his status quo and to in a way link him to Brian but he never wanted to be an actual father, he wanted the title without the responsibility and in a way so did Ben, they liked spending time with Jenny but loved sending her home so Mel could deal with everything else.

Justin told Ben the truth and after hearing from Michael why they are actually back together he wants to believe I say Too Little, Too Late Dad.

Brian is doing the right thing by combining the halfway house and school so these kids can have somewhere safe to go and a chance to better their lives with people who really do care and want them to succeed.

Can't Wait to See What Happens Next? <Does happy dance>

Really Michael and Lindsay deserve each other and Ben deserves both of them for being stupid!

Brian drops everything and goes to support Hunter. That's what being a parent is all about. This is a priority issue. I love the idea he has for the school joining with the centre. Hunter...wow! he nailed it with Ben and called him on all their foolishness. I really don't think he realizes he's wrong. That he's screwing up. I don't hink it's hitting home yet.

and Michael.....well now. Sorry but I have to laugh. He thinks he doesn't have to stick to the baby's schedule. that it's not that important. "Better let her sleep" OK then. LOL. How's that working out for you? BAHAHA! The very fact they tried the bottle pissed me off. thank goodness she puked up all over them. Frigging idiots! Grrrrrrrr! Wondering if they will stay in denial as to the amount of effor it takes to look after a baby. There's 2 of them and they can't cut it, but they expect Mel to? Uhhuh...

Cheers,

Elaine

They are so irresponsible.  I wouldn't let them take care of a goldfish.

I'm glad Brian and Ted were able to take Hunter to the school.  I hope they are able to make it bigger and accomodate more kids.

I'm glad to see that Brian and Ted by extension are backing Hunter.  I think the idea of combining the school with the project that  will help Drew is a great one.  I knew Michael would screw up, but I didn't know just how spectacularly he would do it.  Ben is not bright for a college professor.

Ben is just as self-absorbed as Michael!! I'm with Ted on wondering how Michael and Ben ended up together. I guess Michael isn't so enamored of being a full-time parent now, is he? But then again, Michael is a hard-learner and I have a feeling he will admit defeat before long. Women make shit up INDEED!!! What an ass!

I'm glad that Brian and Ted went to the school with Hunter. Regardless that Ben was there- late I might add- they had a chance to see firsthand what the school was all about. I also think it renewed their resolve to get the foundation off the ground and implement programs that will be most effective.

I can't help but compare Brian to Michael in this instance. Michael had none of the turmoil that Brian had, yet he ended up working at the Big Q for years and never willing to work to become more past the mediocre comic book store clerk (because he sure doesn't act like an owner) that he is. Instead because he was Deb's darling, he expected to be given whatever is heart desired; he expected undue charity. Brian was basically poor, abused and on his own despite having a two-parent household, and yet he applied himself to be more than working-class poor, shunning help, no matter how altrustic the intent. In short, Brian has a world more in common with Hunter and the other kids they are trying to help than someone like Michael ever could. Brian also has compassion which with a mom like Deb, I can't understand how that trait skipped over selfish ass Michael.

I think it is Brian's reasoning and idea to make the foundation more than about changing a kid's geography but their entire life that is going to help this exceed even his own expectations. Ms. Martinez seems like a real gem of a person, as well as Justin and Daphne. Can't wait for the next chapter!
