Mel is being smart by telling Brian what Lindsay was up to while they were gone and about the detective, Brian can give all that info to his lawyer to strengthen his case.

As for Brian and Mel's talk, I'm glad they have everything laid out in the open. Mel showed maturity in admitting that she knows Brian wouldn't do what she did to him and that she trusted him with Gus. Her also admitting that Brian was an awesome father was emotional. I don't think he would have ever expected to hear that from her. So happy they are joining up to defeat the Wicked Bitch of the East!!

So...WOW! I was not expecting Mel to do that. She's had this all planned out for ages! Am curious though. At the start of the chapter, she's wishing she had made Michael sign away his rights, but then she claims the baby isn't Michael's anyway. I'm guessing she was just saying that to make it look good, as that was what they did with Brian. So happy that the baby isn't Michael's! Amn alive! she can really be free of all of them. I'm thrilled beyond measure that she's going to testify for Brian in any custody hearing.
That last part.GUH! You always give that last 1 line don't you. That one that either makes us have a viseral reaction. It's just great that you are able to do that.

In the case of Lyin' Lips Lindsay, she is just as pathetic as her best friend Michael. It so funny to watch her think she's so smart then shown just how DUMB she really is! Now she's jobless, homeless and Mel-the-mealticket-less. And she still thinks she has a case against Brian? BITCH PULEEEEEZE!! Find the grip, let alone get one! I'm going to enjoy watching the rest of her machinations implode.
The last scene was both HOT and touching. There is just something about them being in the place where it all began that makes the moment of reunion even more special. Finding out that once Brian left the loft, he never went back because of Justin's ghost was so telling. I think not only did Justin deserve to hear that but he needed to as well. At Brian's heartfelt, bone-deep admission in the shower, my heart cracked but then shattered when Justin was about to move away and he pulled him back. All I could think in that moment was how afraid that Brian must be that it's all been a dream and he needed to feel Justin to know that it wasn't. <insert deep sigh here> Now that they both know what they want and are on the same page, woe be unto anyone who tries to stand in their way this time. And I'll be right here cheering loudly as they take down every obstacle in their way! I need several seats for the two Bitches and the Mitch asap! The haters never can stand to see someone else succeed. Can't wait for the continued fallout!

Every aspect of Deb and Michael that B&J discussed is coming true. Deb is already placing herself in a position authority. what's up with Mel? So unlike her taking the caowadly way out. she normally would stick up for herself. Where's her usual fire? At least she knows that Brian will fight for what he wants. Did she purposely not adopt Gus for this reason? Do you think she knew that her life with Lindsey would come to this, so she was going to make it easier for Brian in the long run? Brian was bang on with his analysis of Michael's reason for attacking Justin rather that approaching Brian. Michael will never want to face the truth and will do anything and everything in his power to avoid it.
Lindsey has balls I must say. She's stupid...but she has balls. threatening Brian they way she did. woah. Not going to get her very far that's for sure! She needs to go by the adage, "those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones". Brian simply has questionable behaviour in his past, she on the other hand has criminal.
