We now join "Fool Ass Folk" already in progress. Be advised that the role of Melanie Marcus will now be played by Yellow Belly.

Melanie is a COWARD in every sense of the word. Instead of telling Debbie to GO TO HELL, she goes upstairs to go to sleep. Instead of making Lindsay make a choice, she stays silent! Even with everything she heard, the one freaking question she did NOT ask Michael was what did he say to get his ass punched. Why no one ever asks Michael what HE DID is beyond me! Her half-assed response is 'I've never known Justin to be violent.' Uhhhh DUH! If that was clearly the case then where the hell was the cross-examination of Michael to get to the truth? And THIS is a lawyer?!?!?! SMH

As for that envious harridan Captain Pain-in-the-Ass, she has a lot of nerve on so many levels. First to be in Brian's loft once again WITHOUT permission or using the key for its intended purpose constitutes Breaking and Entering. I guess the law only applies when trying to use it to threaten Brian's rights to be a father to Gus but not when she commits yet another felony. I'm so HAPPY that Brian brought up the reason why he signed his rights away. Selective amnesia much, Lindsay? What's even more telling is that she didn't dispute any of Justin's rebuttals. First it was about Justin punching Michael, then it was about Justin not doing what he was supposed to do by becoming an artist instead of having a child. I would say the bitch was crazy except that she is perfectly sane in a manipulative, only-good-as-a-walking-uterus type of way. She and her cohorts, Deb and Michael need to get a life. But then again since they are all apparently sharing a brain cell between them, perhaps they should start there first.

Incidentally, Lindsay and Deb thinking that they can take Hannah away from Justin is so...OMG! I wanted to flatten myself into the story and kick their asses!! Yet they just kept talking while Michael insulted Hannah AGAIN by calling her a brat, deciding that Justin is an unfit father and should be with Brian so that Lindsay could help raise her. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!! I wish a MOFO would.... LWD HAM TURKEY!! But then too, Melanie heard ALL of this and still said NOTHING!! She needs to be disbarred just on stupidity alone. She's now contagious from being around the Toxic Trio who are trying to do anything and everything to achieve what they want regarding Brian. If that right there doesn't tell Mel where she ranks in the grand scheme of her 'marriage' I don't know what does. i feel sorry for that child growing inside her. I mean if she's a spineless coward now, what's going to happen when the baby is born and she has to fend off Deb and Michael then? An Erasermate Pen has more sense then any of those assholes (yep definitely included Mel alongside the Three Stooges).

So Mel how does it feel to be nothing more than the womb for Deb's second chance to raise another Michael?

The kid isn't even here and already she is riding roughshod over Melanie and I am laughing!!

The closer they get to the birth the more Deb and Michael are going to be in her face, Lindsay will be too busy trying to use Gus to sabotage Brian and Justin to care unless Deb and Michael can be useful.

And while Mel is on maternity leave who is going to be supporting the family? Is Lindsay working??

Too bad Mel wasn't there to hear how Lindsay really feels about her life as a wife and mother might just open her eyes or make her more blind to Lindsay's actions<smh>

Hannah is so cute and very determined to keep Brian around :)

Hope Mel and Lindsay are ready to face the wrath of Brian because he has the money and time to bury them and I can't wait :)

The meeting went extremely well. Now if Gus can be rescued from Lying Lips Lindsay, all will fall into place! Definitely glad that Daphne told Brian about the crap with Kip. It was long overdue for Brian to know what actually happened. Not only that but also the crap regarding Michael and how he really was. I think it is safe to say, that friendship and all the baggage from it, is being left behind. Brian should dropped that paryicular dead weight when they graduated high school, in all honesty. I mean seriously Michael’s still mentally 14. What do they really have in common anymore except a shared history that Brian has outgrown and would rather forget? Having Michael and Debbie in his life no longer serves a purpose except to aggravate him and as a cautionary tale of how NOT to raise well-adjusted children!!

Deb has some nerve! I'm so glad Daph and Justin brought up the party. What a self-serving BITCH she was to lay that on Brian’s shoulders and all because her grown infant couldn’t make a decision to live his own life...SMH

I'm still appalled that she had the unmitigated gall to justify Michael verbally attacking a seven year old girl's parentage but yet can’t see that she was in a situation even worse than Justin’s. Playing the blind mouse doesn’t work for her. The old adage of being mindful when pointing fingers at others because the are always three pointing back at yourself certainly applies to Debbie and her spineless whelp. It will be really interesting to see what all of Liberty Avenue really thinks of Michael and his overbearing, interfering mama. Debbie's definitely not ready for the eye-opening experiences in store for her delusional ass!!

What everyone had to say to Deb was spot on!! Will she ever really hear it though or just continue to coddle her poor baby boy? Somehow I just don't see it happening. So many truths were thrown back at her, but as usual, she excused them all. Daph was brilliant btw! she even mentioned she saw Deb's hand twitch. I guess it's OK for her to smack people around, but not her precious. 

Is Michael going to try to do anything legally or Deb even? If they try theyr'e going to come up against a brick wall! There were witnesses at both instances adn Michael had it coming! I do wonder though what's going to happen now though. I don't see anyone on Liberty Ave siding with Deb and Michael, especially after that little confrontation at Woody's! Word is going to get around about what happened and Deb and Michael are not going to come out smelling like roses.

Oh I hope that Brian is able to fight the girls for Gus! I'm really wondering where Mel's feelings are in all of this. Is she going to continue to take Lindsey's word for everything? She doesn't see to hold the animosity she usually does for Brian, but that could be because he hasn't been around regularly. They really are stupid women for picking Michael. In doing so, will they automatically believe him when he cries to them about the black eye? So many questions! so many different things that can happen! Can't wait! This is just a brilliant one!

Brian finally finds out the truth about not only Kip, but how Michael really was towards Justin. how manipulative he really was adn spiteful. He was 30! justin was a 17 year old kid. Pathetic!

Loved the level of communication last chapter. They are gonna make a go of it! YAY! Now the question is where? 

The last line there...guh...wonderful! 

Now, with this chapter. GO JUSTIN! Woohoo! that was awsome! We all know there will be repercussions from this, but he had it coming! Deb is just going to have to stuff it. Doubt she's going to believe that her precious boy did anything to deserve it. Oh no, not her Michael. Pffffffffft. Whatever. Little fucktard. Daph was hysterical! I could totally picture her.

How fantastic that Emmett and Teddy spoke. Emmett is a wonder! All Ted had to do was make a single effort and he's forgiven and loved. Speaks of Emmett's incredible character.

Again, you leave us with a line at the very end, this time with ears perked! Looking forward to Daph's explanation. Good on her to switch the topic like she did. Will Brian notice?

Go Justin!  I wish I could punch Michael!  What an asshole.  Doesn't he understand that Brian isn't going to dismiss or overlook his actions this time?  Especially when the comments are about his daughter. 

I missed Cynthia.  I'm glad she seems to be on board already to go with Brian.

Can't wait for the next chapter.  Let's see how dinner goes.

Wonderful chapter.  Love that they talked it out and Brian's going to try to get custody of Gus.  You're right Michael and Deb are going to be a problem and Melanie is going to learn that she's dealing with the devil.

Glad that Brian and Justin are talking and making plans for their future, also glad that Brian is going to fight the girls for custody of Gus, not surprised Mel didn't file the paperwork but am surprised that as a lawyer she didn't notice that by taking the money she was helping Brian prove his case.

Mel and Lindsay are living in Delusion Land if they think Deb isn't going to be worse than Brian, they had one Kinney to deal with try fighting against two Novotnys who don't know the meaning of the word: Boundaries.

Ted described Deb perfectly she just wants everyone to depend on her so they can look after Michael and accept blame for his continuous screw ups, unless they are willing to accept their place then she doesn't have time to be The Mother of Liberty Avenue.

I look forward to Brian and Justin standing together with hopefully some good friends and family who are prepared to take on Deb, Michael, Lindsay and Mel.
