Daphne is great in this! High moral code. The sap is going down and will ineviatably take michael down with him. Michael apparently ran, but to where? Will he end up there with the rest of the family? Try to talk his way around it all with Brian? Nobody there is going to help him, nor will they belive him. He went WAAAAAAAAAAY to far this time! Broke a trust that will never be attained again, no matter what his excuses are.
OMG....my heart nearly burst out of my chest in that last scene between Justin and brian. The word play was utterly amazing! I'm looking forward to what Justin will do for that last piece. I can't believe how open Brian was in this. I am really really excited for them! for what happens next! I have such a huge shit eating grin right now!!!

Man alive...Brian has such a supporter in Gran!! She's showing him aspects of Justin that allows him to see him in a different light. She's explaining justin in a way, that may not be seen or understood. The idea of the "voices i nhis head" was spot on I think and will go a long way in enabling Brian to not just take things he sees at face value.
I literally feel nauseaus at Michael trying to explain himself. He's actully excusing his behaviour! Unbelievable!! The fact that he's scared and running at least shows that he understands what he did was so completely wrong. Still, the very idea that he thinks he can explain it away to Brain...Ugh...sickening! So selfish. No regard for what could've happened...didn't even think that there could've been an adverse reaction. Just a means to and end. I am SOOOOOOOO looking forward to him getting his ass kicked by everyone!!
Daphne is here to save the day!! Oh this video she has should prove to be intersting! There's obviously a lot on there if Sap is already being arrested. I was wondering how you were going to bring her into this.

I am REALLY loving how you are writing B&J in this. Justin is being causious naturally, but is now willing to take a chance. Brian has opened himself up beautifully as well.
Looks like Justin's favour is going to be getting hsi hands on some footage from teh bar. Hopefully that works out and they are able to nail Michael's ass to the wall!
My heart hurts so much for Brian. such an incredible betrayal. I can't believe that Michael, while denying he did anything, is basically excusing himself at the same time. Vic and Deb are going to go all out trying to get the necessary info as well. Deb must be absolutely gutted at what her son has done. she understands what a betrayal it was. she knows what all Brian went through growing up, the looks he'd get, how hurt he was. He thought he had a friend in Michael. thank goodness Deb is on his side.
Looking froward to Deb and Gran meeting up! Those 2 together...OMG...I can see myself in stiches at times. I definitely see some shenanigans happening there!

Am so enjoying this story. Great humour! You have such a talent for that. It's not forced at all and comes across so naturally. Even in serious stories, you are able to relive some of the tensions but a fun shot here and there. The mix of humour and slow brewing heat in this one, along with the anger towards Michael, makes for a wonderfully well rounded story. A perfect mix of everything.

I LOVE their time in Sandcove thus far. Gran is a pistol- so full of life and laughter! She's a wonderful addition to this fic and YES I think she and Deb would get along famously. I'm really digging the chemistry between Brian and Justin. Already they seem to be finding a rhythm together.
