Nice to see Michael is focusing on the damage to his hair and not on the trouble he is in <shakes head sadly> What A Maroon!!! (Gumdrop barely remember his face so how was she going to recognize his voice??)
The video showing Gus and Jenny talking about Stranger Danger goes a long way to show how delusional Michael is.
It also helps to enhance the lengths Lindsay was prepared to go to get her way, Chris was smart enough to go to the authorities so they could thwart the idiots, especially Lindsay.
So Michael will be screeching in the next chapter and I wish everyone had earplugs lol

Glad they are continuing to see Dr. Alex cause these upcoming trials are going to open up a lot of wounds.
Michael must be high if he thinks Brian will bail him out the idiot is an accomplice to Kidnapping and a host of other charges.
Lindsay the Mastermind is a Master Idiot if she thinks no one will see her hands were pulling the strings.
Chris standing up to face whatever consequences come his way and refusing to hide is a good thing cause he is finally ready to grow up.
Gus handled the truth about Michael and Lindsay very well and since she was barely around then her being gone longer will hardly be a blimp on his life.
Craig might want to get use to his new look because he and the rest of his accomplices will be wearing it for quite some time.

I admit, my heart skipped a beat when I saw the update. I lnew the kids were fine and that M&L were going to go down, but still, that milisecond of waiting to actually read the words....whew!! BRILLIANT chapter!
The conversation with Gus was extremely well done. Like Molly said, what a resiliant little boy. He'll come out of this just fine I think. He was told the truth, but at a level he could understand.
Unbelievable how M&L think they could explain their wy out of it. Lindsey naturally is putting the blame on Michael just as he was warned. Typical. Naturally nobody belived her and Michael doesn't think she'd actually throw him under the bus. what an idiot. Michael also stupidly thinks that Brian will come to his rescue. again...idiot!
A merry go round of lawyers for M, L and Craig. All thinking they are above the law and seem to think they can plead mitigatingcircumstance. Sheesh! Craig is going to have an....ummmm....interesting time in the slammer. LOL! couldn't happen to a better asshole.
Hobbs surprised me! Definitely stood up to the plate and fully intends to take the lickin's he so deserves. He's fully opened himself up adn was honest with who he is adn what he did etc. Nicely done. the fact that Craigs lawyer is now representing Hobbs wasn't lost on me. Oh the irony was delicious!
Glad the B&J were able to get away for a time. Had to laugh at Brian's aches and pains. I can definitely relate. (previous rider myself)
Looking forward to the court cases. Could be amusing actually. I can only imagine Michael continually shooting himself in teh foot.

I love your stories. Brian needs to see that his girls are okay. Lindsay somehow thinks she's going to get away with what they did by blaming Chris and Michael? Not going to happen. Michael still thinks that Brian is going to rescue him, too funny. You don't kidnap someone's kids and expect them to bail you out. Good start to an insanity defense though. It's good that Brian and Justin are seeing Dr. Alex and it's nice that he suggested they go away where nobody could find them. So Lindsay and Michael don't know that the person that hit them is Mel? LOL. Nobody is on the misfit's side. Once again you've fed us a delicious meal and gave us the recipes to go with. Hurray! Love how they explained things to Gus. His sense of right and wrong is strong, so he has no problem with his mom and uncle going into time out for a looooong time. Everyone's going down, Craig, Regular Roy, and anyone else that got Hobbs off. Never thought I'd be happy about Hobbs but you made it right.

Whoa, You didn't disappoint one iota with this chapter!!
I love them talking about Rage the anime and the comic because despite the explanation Michael still sees himself as Brian's True Best Friend and what he did as what any best friend would do.
Too bad he never was a best friend to Brian and neither was Lindsay, cause they are both too selfish to think of anyone else but themselves.
I was so scared when Lindsay took Gus and Michael took the babies, thank goodness everyone was thirty steps ahead and they never got far.
Love what Justin did to Michael and what Ruth did to Lindsay, those were just taps considering the pain they are at to be in lol
I so don't want this to end but I am going to love reading it all over again :)

I loved the talks after the movie: Michael was so angry about the remarks done on the writing of the comic. Lindsay got some good comments too.

The chickens have finally come home to roost. Love how Kevin and Fred tweeked Michael about his writing of Rage and making it look like everyone thinks Mika was totally out of line. What was even better is that a lot of people knew the backstory to the movie. Turning Mika into a girl was a stroke of genius! But having to explain why it was to Michael makes you want to smack him upside his head. Not to mention Michael still insists that they were best friends and always supported each other! Your explainations were right on.
Then we move on to the kidnapping. I'm not sure I could have set aside and let Michael and Lindsay take Gus and the kids, even with all the backup. I'm certainly glad that it worked out with both Lindsay and Mika taken out. Lindsay trying to blame it all on Michael was fun, not that it will work. The cellar and food poisioning? Could you expand on that? Yes this is what we have been waiting for and you didn't let us down.

Thank you! I will tie up all the loose ends in the next couple of chapters...one is the arraignment and interviews and then the epilogue and wrap up chapter. Or it might be one long chapter not sure yet.

This short scene had me foaming at the mouth and laughing out loud at the same time. Ooh how I love to hate Mickey and his antics.
