It would have been hilarious if the situation hasn't been that tense and somewhere dramatic.
Either Brian lets go and Michael will never have a reality check (as his always forgiving mother) or he takes action and the "family" might explode more than it had already.
It's a lose-lose combination.
The good thing is Mel will be on Brian's side for once; I don't know who will watch the tapes but they will have a hard (no pun intended of course) time to erase what they will see.

I was both laughing and HORRIFIED by the scene with Michael in the Loft. OMG! I NEED Brain Bleach!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully Brian will either sell the loft or burn that place down. As much as I love it, fumigating it just won't do!!
Deb really needs to buy a freaking CLUE! If I were Brian I probably would have killed Michael, performed CPR to bring him back to life, then called the police! The nerve!! I'm glad there was surveillance video. Since Deb can't believe the things she's hearing, perhaps she'll FINALLY understand what her eyes have been telling her all along. Her son is a spoiled, petulant NUTBALL who needs to grow up and be held accountable for his actions. Carl's job just got a lot harder and I'm afraid he will have to make a choice between his own self-preservation and the damn Novotnys. I don't envy him!

Holy shitballs girl! Talk about caught with your pants down. My jaw was on the floor! Yet, at the same time, I was cracking up laughing!
We thought Deb lost her shit now...What's she gonna be like when she finds out what really happened. And when will she find out? Mel can't tell her anything. Will Michael spin another Web of lies? Will it take court for her to find out or will Carl fill her it. What will she believe and what will she do?

Michael Is An Idiot!! Deb is a Fool! Brian is smart enough to call the police instead of confronting Michael because he might have killed him.
How did Deb get past the gate?
I feel bad for Carl because when Deb loses Brian and Justin he will be the one to have to pick up the pieces.
Didn't take Deb long to pull out the ' You Owe Me' card it is such a boring hand and she should really retire it, I know it will hurt Brian to lose her but she and Michael need to grow up!
Can't wait to find out everyone else's reaction to this situation and the court case should be interesting. Bring On The Next Chapter lol 😀
