In the last chapter when Michael was spewing his evilness in court, I thought he was talking about seeing Brian and Justin at Kinnetik.  Now this chapter, makes it seem as if Brian and Justin were in Tuscany (Italy?). How could Michael see them at Kinnetik, if they were in Tuscany?

If Deb thinks Brian will still accept him in her life when this is all over, well the thought is definitely laughable. Brian wants NOTHING to do with you, you old hag! If she thinks after everything she revealed in her notebook wasn't enough, she better believe all ties will be cut off after everything she said to him in court.

Yay! Gus is back with His Daddy and His Jussin! What a wonderful thing for all of them.

Looking forward to more of this awesome story.

The chauffeur called them Kinney-Taylor, I wonder when they got married... Would have loved to see Michael's face right about then. But his ongoing suicide in court, had me doing a happy dance. He is so imbecilic. A pathetic excuse for a human being. Although I'm not certain the Motivational program will help him learn or change. You can't change a leopards spots, afterall.

And boy did Debbie off-load on Michael. I'm suprised the judge didn't bang his gavel and call, "Order-In-The-Court!"

Is Rene Auberjohn a new player? I didn't recognize the name. I'm assuming he is an attorney for Andrew Gailsford? Poor Andrew. To be caught up with a shrew like Lindsay. She probably ruined his life. It will be interesting to find out just WHO the baby's father is. But how can Nancy and Lindsay be free to go after the baby is born? Isn't Lindsay going to be brought forth on charges of extortion?  I loved how Nancy was put in her place by the 'warden of her prison'. I hope she enjoys her stay at Chez Les Residential Home. Couldn't happen to a nicer person.

On to the next chapter. Thank you for the two chapter update.

So Michael wanted Justin?

Ewwwwwwww Noo!!! <Shudders> Ewwwwwwww!!!!!

Deb thinks she is being slick by playing Sorry instead of just actually feeling sorry about she did to Brian to win her place back in his life and wallet.

She keeps thinking by the end of the trial Brian will be ready to Forgive and Forget, boy is she going to be shocked her real hair might actually turn white, not grey but snow white.

Michael threatening to kill himself was lame and a disgrace to people who really need help, boot camp for a whiny Bitch like him will be sheer torture.

Who will do more time The Puppeteer or her Puppet?

I am almost hoping Lindsay refuses to give up the baby jail might be just the place she needs, the Ice Queen and her Princess will look good in prison orange.

While Lynette looks good dripping in diamonds lol

Fantastic Updates, Always Worth The Wait. Thanks :)

Just this once I have to Thank Michael for being an Idiot and telling the truth, and for Deb continuing to show how abusive she is.

Nancy and Lindsay got hoisted yet again now they are in separate places waiting for the baby to be born so they can slink away.

Funny how Deb gets upset when she finds out Brian had cancer but she wasn't upset when she reported to Jack and Brian got beat up.

She is still blaming Brian for the abuse while also expecting Brian to save her, Deb is only fooling herself with that Caring Mother act.

Deb still has one more "You Owe Me" up her sleeve for when she gets off with a light sentence (Dream On) and it totally involves Brian taking care of her for the rest of her life.

Michael taking the stand should be Hilarity Personified too bad everyone isn't allowed to bring snacks lol

Lindsay going down...for her crimes not one of her favorite positions Wil make everyone happy, especially when Lynette gets to hold her baby and Ron meets his next grandchild.

Nancy should really pay attention to the case of Lynette used her for the abuse she inflicted, the judge would order she was buried under the prison with Deb and Michael ;)

Can you sue for Frozen Dick Disease?

Ron and any past lovers of Nancy  and Lindsay might want to look that one up <smirks>

Loved the moniker, Duil Filcher, and the meaning behind the name. Fits Michael to a tee. I don't know what it will take for Michael to believe Brian loves Justin, and only Justin. Brian admitted it in court, under sworn-in testimony, yet Michael still sneers at the revelation. I suppose he never will believe it. I mean, if Brian Kinney could not love him, it's apparently impossible for Brian to really love someone else. Wake Up Michael. Also Brian's assessment of Lindsay was classic.  I regret meeting her and sleeping with her, which was a drunken half assed fumble. Would have loved a flash-look of Lindsay's face at that pronouncement! 'Half-assed fumble'. Oh God, but I laughed. Especially after Lindsay portrayed it was, 'Making Love'.

I also loved the testimony from Dr Morris. regarding Michael, and his real motives... Manchausen or Upbringing. I like how he explained everything to Michael how he couldn't possibly have Manchausens Disease. It appears Michael's internet knowledge of Manchausen, only signed the doctors disbelief that he actually has it.

“Who am I? I am Michael Charles Grassi, an innocent in all of this! I haven't finished talking! I have the right to…

When Michael gets on the stand, I can just about imagine the petulant child that will shine forth. Can't wait for the judge to carry through with his Elephant Man revelations. Should have Michael feeling even more than just sweat trickling down his back.

About Lindsay... What man gave her a nod to continue forth with her explanation of what she thought Ron did? And I loved Phyllis' jibe about, “A condition that did not stop you from attempting to attack your then wife during the mentally deficient meeting at Kinnetic offices. Oh yes, Lindsay. Looking so forward to you being recall to the Witness Stand.

Thank you for this wonderful update. Looking forward to your next chapter.

Michael really does think he has what it takes to clear himself of any jail time, he has as much chance as Deb does of walking away with a slap on the wrist.

None of his contrived explanations will save him from what is coming his way.

Dr. Morris was completely right about Michael but I wonder what his opinion is of Deb?

Michael wants the notoriety from being around Brian but he isn't man enough to do it himself because it requires actual work and Michael hates labor.

Lindsay may think she got off easy but her turn is coming and there will be no one to save her or Mommy Dearest this time.

Would love to hear Dr. Morris's opinion about Lindsay and Nancy, especially about how Nancy for years looked down her nose at Lindsay and her lifestyle, but now that she is embracing her mom's philosophy Lindsay is suddenly her favorite child?

They all need to be locked in a cell and sent to the desert Forever!!!

Can't Wait For The Next Chapter :(

Do Deb and Michael still believe that they are going to get off Scott Free?

Even though Lindsay and Nancy have another fish on the hook, is a small part of Lindsay holding out hope that Brian will choose or help her?

I always wondered if Gui was a trick to get Brian to marry Lindsay?

No one spends years dreaming about being Mrs. Brian Kinney then stomps on the brakes because of a couple roadblocks??

Looks like Nancy is getting fed up with Lindsay, too.  "We have a bigger fish to fry!” Is Nancy referring what they plan on doing to William Archer?

She looks furious and I know instantly what she’s going to do, but so does Arthur.  Not sure why Arthur wanted that recess when it seemed they were on a roll... but I trust you to make sure we know why. I mean if she was ready to lose it, wouldn't the rest of the questioning bring out her true self? But I do look forward to the continuing of the questioning when they return from recess.

Lindsay and Michael tried to have Brian admitted because he was supposidly 'mental deficient', and yet Lindsay sits on the stand and declares she never abused him! Wow Woman! Delusional much?  And why did it matter they weren't executor of his estate? Were they planning on killing him? With Carl telling that on the witness stand, it should almost put the nail on the proverbial coffin in Lindsay's case. Besides, wasn't she committing perjury on the stand when she said she didn't know who wrote the diary?

Best line in the chapter,  "And looking like a snake still digesting its meal is not a bit attractive!"  Jen, You Go Girl!  I wish I knew how short her dress was!

Another great update by entertaining us in the courtroom. Looking forward to the next chapter.

No Please Lindsay keep playing Deaf and Dumb want to see Arthur rip her apart...Metaphorically Anyway.

Lindsay really doesn't care about that baby and her outfit proves that but Jennifer's remarks in front of the press will really drive that point home lol

Lindsay did abuse Brian and Gus every chance she got because her greedy heart thinks money equals power, but the lessons she and Mommy are going to learn that without money you have nothing.

Bringing up Deb hitting Brian is good I never understood how she could hit him after knowing the abuse he suffered?

But as long as she was keeping Michael happy and reaping the benefits she could ignore that she was just as abusive as Jack and Joan smh

The level of callousness they exude makes me cringe but they will all get what is coming to them and they will feel it for the rest of their miserable lives.

Thanks For The Update, Just Amazing :)

Thank you so very much for this wonderful update. I've been repeatedly looking for the updates of your four stories for a few days now.  I don't know how you manage four stories with your continued frequent updates, but I am definitely not complaining.

Very informative chapter. I loved how the truth came out of Michael hitting Brian... and the truth of the HIV issue, and Michael's spreading of a disease, (whatever it was... did I forget something)?  Can't wait for the next court date, so Brian and Justin can throw their relationship, openly, to Michael.

Deb really leaves a lot to desire. Supported how sorry she was, and the next thing, attacking Brian outside the courtroom. Yay for Zen Ben. Not so very Zen, though. Although, so happy he wasn't. Deb received a very long, in-time coming, smackdown. Also glad Ben had the foreknowledge to arrange for Jenny to receive everything upon his death.

So looking forward to Daphne on the stand.  Classic ending... No more than the asswipe deserved.

Hello writers,

Lord in heaven! How can you be as blockheaded as Michael? If he had only focused a little fraction of this persistence on getting his live on the right track he could have made it and could have the good live he so desperately wants.

Okay… do I get this right? Michael started his campaign of second hand Child abuse because Deb punished him for hitting Brian? Not because she wrote in the diary he stole, she wished he would be like him?

Understand me right, I don’t think hitting your Child is adequate, but first: these were other times and the approach of parenting was way less over cautious and fussy in every aspect of life - even punishments. Robbi's take on help for Brian - teaching him how to hit back - is a testament to that. And second: Michael definitely deserved it!

It is a shame that Deb has such a split personality. If she had only stuck to the few good approaches she has had and had built on them, maybe this whole mess wouldn’t have happened. But well, we all know that she has in essence much of the same entitlement issues as Michael and kids learn by imitating.

It's really refreshing that Ben is finally a little less Zen and shows Deb how much she has hurt him personally and that he is firmly on Brian's side. Even a well-balanced man like Ben has his breaking point. Seeing first hand, how Deb still torments Brian without the slightest remorse and with the goal of getting him to cave, is clearly his.

Deb can only be thankful that this scene happened before Ben knew the complete horrific truth about how Michael has willingly and with callous disregard of his health (and with her obvious  backing) endangered him. I really think Ben would have ended her if he knew then…

You know, I have no illusions about the world of lawyers, attorney, judges and so on… I'm aware that they have relationships amongst themselves – if you meet every other day you get to know one another whether you want it or not. And if you are one of the people who are liked… well… it will have benefits.

Clients who made themselves already unpopular with the first few words they direct to their attorney have to reckon with the fact that he will not really work with full heart and soul. If those attorneys also like the prosecutor and sympathize with the victim/plaintiff... well, you will be good and truly screwed. And I think Deb and Michael have three attorney working against them, a dedicated doctor, one or two judges, bailiffs, guards, police officers... you get my drift...

I'm glad that Brian on the surface was his usual snarky self and stayed strong... and I hope he will stay so for the whole excruciating remainder of the trial.

So, and now I'm going back to waiting

Greetings

Will Deb and Michael's outburst outside of court be played for the jury, especially Deb attempting to slap Brian after berating him once again?

That poor attempt at button pushing had to be caught on security camera?

Michael hit Brian?

And because Deb disciplined Michael Brian got blamed?

She and Michael should be locked in a cell together away from everyone else, their kind of evil really shouldn't be spread, Ben telling off Deb was a long time coming, but making sure Michael won't get a cent from Ben's estate is Beautiful!!!

Deb yelling at Michael after finding out what Brian plans for her money is her still trying to get Brian to see her, but he refuses to acknowledge she even exists that has gotta hurt?

Daphne taking the stand is not good for them.

Dr. Morris's idea to not have Justin in court was Genius it feeds into Michael's fantasy but also keeps him acting up in front of the jury and press.

I am so looking forward to Lindsay taking the stand I also wonder if she struck Brian too?

Should definitely question Deb about all the times she struck Brian especially when he didn't do what she wanted or tried to pull away from her control??

Wow Top Notch Chapter!!! :)
