Lindsay must think Ron is still stupid, he will believe her like he will believe Nancy was ever faithful and Lindsay isn't Nancy's daughter <eye roll>

Did Ron happen to get Lindsay to sign a agreement that if she can't find a tenant (Actually Paying) he takes the cottage and kicks her out, or she gets charged double rent??

Michael tossing and breaking his phone just tickled me so much along with his new moniker.

Brian and Justin talking and forgiving is good for them cause they are continuing to handle their relationship their way.

So how much does Nancy really have and how much did she think to have?

A tea cafe sounds lovely, quaint and charming much better than Lindsay's idea which wouldn't have made a dime, cause she  would have treated it like Michael did the comic book store.

So what is Lindsay going to do now that she has lost her job at the gallery and her place as the Grande Dame of Art?

If she does try to sue Sydney I hope he counter sues her for the money he paid her while she was supposedly out sick or took sick leave, did no call no shows, was callous in front of customers about other artist, didn't actually do her job but enjoyed the perks and paychecks, must be a host of others he can sue her for?

Love the idea of a Tea Shop.  It will be perfect for Ted and Blake.  Michael thought he was wrecking Em's phone only to find out it was his own. Too funny.  Lindsay never did show up did she?  So Nancy was to be Linds new tenant?  She may be leaving Ron, but I'm sure he was prepared for that.  Lindsay deserved to be fired and I have no idea why she thinks she can get in her dad's good graces.
