Nancy should take the cash and run but since she isn't smart, I hope she has enough to get by cause after Ron wins she won't be getting another cent. (Wonder if The Big Q or MacDonald's is hiring?? :))
Those skewered sinful and beautiful I especially liked the first purple cake.
Lindsay and Nancy trying for a house that neither can afford and failing was funny.
Treyvon and Delia will give that house a touch of class it was Sorely Lacking, plus the neighbors will be happy to have actual decent people in the neighborhood instead of the Shrill No Ass Banshee and Her Two-Legged No Brain Donkey.
Jennifer realizing that she just needs to be a Mom and not a Domme with Justin will help to strengthen their relationship.
Michael tries to ruin Deb's wedding and will be destroyed.
But it should be fun to watch him try :)

Another great chapter. Some background into Justin's and Jen's relationship due to his eyesight adn recovery. Thankfully she realizes her error.
As for Lindsey and Nancy, I have to admit, I was a bit nervous when Lindsey was trying to cover her ass to her dad. for a millisecond I though Ronald may change his mind. WHEW! I kind of hope Nancy tried to go forward to fight the divorce. Would be fun! LOL. Lindsey, not too sure what she's going to do to try to get herself out of her mess. I think the living arrangement right now is going to prove itself to be interesting to say the least. Deeply entertaining for us though. :)
the other idiot, Michael will of course try to take down the tea shop, the wedding etc but will of course fail dramatically. Again, an opportunity to be entertained. :)
Fun fun story. so enjoying it!!

Lindsay must think Ron is still stupid, he will believe her like he will believe Nancy was ever faithful and Lindsay isn't Nancy's daughter <eye roll>
Did Ron happen to get Lindsay to sign a agreement that if she can't find a tenant (Actually Paying) he takes the cottage and kicks her out, or she gets charged double rent??
Michael tossing and breaking his phone just tickled me so much along with his new moniker.
Brian and Justin talking and forgiving is good for them cause they are continuing to handle their relationship their way.
So how much does Nancy really have and how much did she think to have?
A tea cafe sounds lovely, quaint and charming much better than Lindsay's idea which wouldn't have made a dime, cause she would have treated it like Michael did the comic book store.
So what is Lindsay going to do now that she has lost her job at the gallery and her place as the Grande Dame of Art?
If she does try to sue Sydney I hope he counter sues her for the money he paid her while she was supposedly out sick or took sick leave, did no call no shows, was callous in front of customers about other artist, didn't actually do her job but enjoyed the perks and paychecks, must be a host of others he can sue her for?

Love the idea of a Tea Shop. It will be perfect for Ted and Blake. Michael thought he was wrecking Em's phone only to find out it was his own. Too funny. Lindsay never did show up did she? So Nancy was to be Linds new tenant? She may be leaving Ron, but I'm sure he was prepared for that. Lindsay deserved to be fired and I have no idea why she thinks she can get in her dad's good graces.

I cried when Justin came to get his stuff it really is hard to carry around all that guilt and to think your not good enough to be happy.
Brian and Justin handled the situation the way they needed to and Jennifer should've really stayed out of it.
She really should've realized that Justin wasn't over the way he lost his father and sister and despite being blinded and regaining his sight back he probably thought Jennifer blamed him for the accident?
Brian hopefully got Justin to believe that his dad doesn't blame him for the accident, but Jennifer has to be his Mom and say she doesn't blame him for the accident.

OH wow! Had me freakign out for a while there. Glad they were able to overcpme that slip. Justin apparently needs to let go of that guilt. Hopefully he's able to. That was so emotional adn so traumatic for him. Brian did well speaking with Jennifer. He let her know her place adn did so quite nicely I must say.
