Holy Mother! Does Claire actually have a brain? To form a thought all on her own? She can't even try to consider what everyone is telling her It's as if all she can believe is what Michael told her. She really should ask Michael if he has any signed proof that what he told her is the truth. And the Peterson's are petty and jealous. Michael is just as stubborn and stupid. Everyone is telling him the same thing, but he's so sure of himself, that he can make Brian to heel and can get what he wants.

Michael's alleged proof should make nice toilet paper for the police, judge, lawyers of course this case would be quite a lesson for first year law students of people's innate stupidity.
Deb ignoring Michael and fighting for her grandchild is a better use of her time, there is no cure for willful ignorance Michael lives in his comic universe and no one and nothing truth worthy is getting in to destroy it.
Claire lives in the same land of broken toys and she refuses to see that her failures in life are her problems to fix.
Blaming Brian is easier then admitting that being lazy conniving, devious, manipulative and bullying does not mean a parade and the big cash prizes.
Time for the children to get their just desserts and the grown ups to reap the awards.
Brian and Justin are looking towards the future, their family and to Hell with everyone else's drama.

Hi... Just read this story. It's awesome! Did Michael still have a key to Brian's loft when Claire got pregnant? Could Brian actually be the father? I know that's a sick idea... just a thought I had when I first read that part. The thing is, if it's Michael's, did they conceive it the old fashioned way? We know neither Michael or Claire can support the baby, but will Claire still refuse to give it up? Is Michael still living off his proceeds from Deb selling all his collectibles? Because, if he was doing drugs and drinking heavily he had to have gone through quite a bit of money. Where is he living? What was Michael thinking charging towards Justin at Claire's house? At least he admitted in front of the police and child services, that Claire was doing everything to stay away from the house. Also, he admitted he was getting the information from the Peterson's, in front of Brian and Justin...
Claire! What a royal bitch! How could she have fallen for the crap Michael spewed? Anyone with half a brain can see Michael's delusional. Okay... Maybe she only has a pea brain. So glad John SR is in the picure again. Craig and Brian have found a way to keep him in Pittsburgh to build a life with his sons. Sure he was wrong to abandoned them all those yrs ago, but IMO, better to abandon than turn into beating the wife and kids. Maybe when the relationships start to grow, John and Peter can find out that John SR has been sending almost all his money to Claire to support them.
Lindsay is something else. What a sick mind she has. Not sure of the dollar amount Craig gave her, but I think her greed will get the best of her and she will contest the adoption, throwing caution to the wind, regardless of Reese's warning.
Glad that Brian, Justin and Gus are going out of the country, there's probably no way any of them will be able to contact them, and it will give them all a chance to work on their family. They will be no situation to come back in case someone does call.

Wonderful update! Love how Justin's family is coming together and joining in with Brian's. The boys will have a great support system and be able to get to know their dad without feeling pushed.
I think Brian figured out what Justin would be up against shopping with Molly so he sent Emmett. LOL! Leave all fashion decisions to Emmett; it's much safer that way.

John Sr. is now ready to deal with the cor of his leaving John and Peter to deal with Claire, he is ready to be the parry he should've been from the beginning, but wasn't to because Claire like bet in control.
Michael and Claire are about to get a dose of reality neither of them is ready for, Brian is going to let them sink cause his family is his top priority.
It is always being to have more than one safety net and now they all are covered.
While the others have to figure out how to save themselves.

Craig suggestion does make sense but letting John and Peter chose gives them the control which has been missing from their lives.
Whatever John and Peter decide they won't be abandoned and get to know their newest sibling.
Michael promising Claire to sign over the baby is Idiotic, Brian isn't with Justin because of Gus, he's with Justin because he fell in love.
It is a slim chance Claire will regain custody of her son's, but at least they can have a relationship with their father and he in turn can find himself again, while also gaining the confidence to be a strong male figure for his sons.
