Finally saw your response to my review on 9/7... Thank you for your information. I know it's got to be very difficult to respond to every review, so thank you for answering mine. I really did forget the part of the story where Michael had wanted Lindsay to sign over her rights, then proceeding to call CPS. How idiotic it was to confirm Brian he was the one who called CPS. What did he hope to gain by admitting that? Anyway, by reading them, I was also caught up on Craig and Michael's connection, and the Jared Thorne arc. So, it was good to reread. I almost wonder if I shouldn't go back and read it all from the beginning, as there are so many twists and turns in this story. But, again thanks for your response. I always read other readers reviews to get their gist on the story, too. I do hope we get an update soon, not only to this story, but also BILG... (just a hint) :)

Lindsay walked into that room feeling Superior and walked out Red in the Face and her Ass Stung!!

So daddy helped Lindsay with the Chris Hobbs Case, do Mommy and Daddy know that Jennifer and her children are Alwins??

So Miss I Always Lie thought Brian would go along with her story and raise the baby with her <eye roll> that baby doesn't deserve to have her genes but hopefully once he or she are born someone will save that child.L

Lynette is pregnant with Twins??!!!

Will Uncle Charles be in court?

Lindsay might like to see him again before she goes to prison for years ;)

So what new plan will Lindsay come up with next and how many accounts does...did she have?

What an enjoyable chapter and we learned so much.  Lindsay is going to have a nervous breakdown.

OMG! Nichelle you are a pure genius! I don't think I've ever read another author that can quite give your spin on a story. I reread the part when Justin is giving Lindsay all the information on her past conspiracies about 4 times. Wanted to be sure I understood everything really well, and didn't miss anything. The one big reveal, is that they don't know about Lindsay setting up the bashing... Boy, when THAT comes out... I don't know if I'm even prepared for what that will entail. Because when Russo's cases go for retrial, Chris is going to sing like a canary in order to take some of the heat off of him.

You mentioned something about Michael using Gus... apparently I've forgotten or overlooked something. What did you mean by that?

Nice twist on Lynette's babies. And the fact Lindsay started all this before she went to college... JUST WOW!  And, an affair with Craig... *shiver's*  And throwing that comment about Mel having Brian's, possibly Justin's baby, was icing on the cake for us reader's.

By any chance is Sheila gay? How is it that Lindsay can disregard Sheila's super good looks if in Brian's opinion she could appear in the wider world magazines?  So loving this tale you are spinning...

Hi Cathy,

The answer to you question about Michael trying to use Gus to bring Brian to heel, is in Chapter 28. But to bring it all into perspective, I'll suggest going from Chapter 27 to get the full gist of what Michael did and why. 

As for Lindsay not acknowledging Shelia's beauty, the answer there is quite simple. Lindsay is an opportunistic person. The only way she'll look twice at a person, place, thing, or situation is if she can take advantage of it in some way. Shelia is certainly NOT such a person, therefore Lindsay will overlook her as if she is a nonentity, inconsequential, or lacking in some way. It's how Lindsay operates; finding a beautiful person both on the outside and inside, and then twisting them into how she needs them to be to suit her own ends. However, she's now realizing that she may not have been as good at that as she previously thought. Her reaction to Mel and Brian's newfound strength and solidarity, which was obvious in so many ways, especially when Brian excluded her from belonging in Gus' parent circle, was very telling. And then her exposure to who Justin is NOW, as opposed to the insecure young man he was just after the bashing, literally threw all of the thoughts she'd ever had of herself as the 'Mistress of Manipulation' clear apart, and she doesn't quite know how to take that.

I'm almost certain that we haven't seen or heard the last of her, but it will be interesting to see what she does next.

OMG, Nichelle! This is pure genius! Justin is pure gold taking Lindsay down and even shocked Brian and Mel a couple of times! But that last bit with Brian and Mel talking about the three of them having a child together was priceless!

I can't wait to see what happens next!!
