Who is Anthony and how did Chris die? I'm assuming they both did something that resulted in Justin getting hurt and we'll learn more about that later in the story.
Brian may not do regrets, but Gardner will once Kinnetik is up and running. Stupid man. Brian's going to make you wish you never fired him let alone met him.
Brian talks Justin into becoming his art director. Justin breathes easier because more money will be coming in. Ethan's parents set up trust funds for Mika and Nanette, stay in their lives but won't take they away from Justin. Their mother won't fight Justin for custody. Would cramp the image of a starlet.

It's nice that Brian being fired turned into a good thing. Now on the other hand Justin has problem that will need a lot of help. Who is Anthony? I think Brian getting Justin as art director will kill two birds with one stone.

Chris Hobbs us dead, but someone named Anthony could be a problem?
Ethan really did a number on Justin's psyche along with Chris and Anthony, sounds like Ethan was an emotional bully who couldn't stand that Justin had more talent, and with that talent he wouldn't have given Ethan the time of day.
Justin needs to reign in Mika before he turns into Ethan and Justin needs to regain his self-confidence back.
Vance thought he was clever and he played himself because with Brian opening his own agency and the non-profit compete clause voided due to Brian being fired, he just lost his best Employee and is about to meet his Worst Competitor.
Vance better enjoy the next few months cause Brian and his team are Going To Destroy Him!!
Working for Brian Will really help Justin to find a place for Him, Molly and the kids, plus it will help inspire him to love His Art again, while also helping him again his strength for what is coming next.
