I can't believe you posted a new chapter today. Must be Karma.  I was going through plot bunnies yesterday, and saw you made a response about Jack Kinney being Michael's father. Although I have read SLA, I've never started AC or LS. So, I decided today I would. Then I saw an update to LS, and decided to start with this one. Don't know why I've never started them. The only thing I can think of, is the fact that they were started in 2016, and neither had that many chapters posted. But, I plan to change that now, starting with this one.  Anyway, I already love the direction this story is taking.

Michael is one delusional idiot. I couldn't believe the ramblings going on in his head. I have to wonder why Brian ever forgave Michael? Didn't he realize he was just enforcing Mikey's delusion? And, apparently Brian never told Ben. I mean, Michael's married to Ben, shouldn't Ben know what's his husband is up to? I wonder if Brian ever told Em or Ted?  They seem like good supportive friends. I always liked both of them. Glad Justin talked down to the little man, and texted Brian about it. Well, Michael has settled himself on the stoop in front of the loft, so I hope he has a very warm coat, because it's going to be a long night.

Lindsay... WOW!  Remember your promise to always be there for me after he was born? Well I need you now. Well, he's setting her and Gus in a 5-star hotal, so she can't whine. I have to wonder what's really been going on in Canada. I hope Brian talks to Mel and gets her side of the story before he actually talks to Lindsay, as I'm sure Lindsay is the problem, and all she will do is spin a lie of deceit.  Is this like canon, and Lindsay slept with Sam, and that's why they moved to Canada? Otherwise, I don't see any other reason to have had them move. Gus appears to be a very bright kid. If he could see their problem three years ago, I'm sure he knows a lot more now. Maybe Brian should talk to him alone, away from Lindsay's ears.

Poor Cynthia.  threatening to quit if she was going to be subjected to the whining and demanding Novotnys and the harridans from up north anymore while she was away. And good Lord, his calls are being forwarded. Look out Brian. He needs to lay the law down with all of them tomorrow, and tell them in no uncertain terms they are forbidden to call him or Kinnetik, or he will put restraining orders on all of them.

Craig. Another hated character. You even painted him in a worse light here than in canon. And Marlene. She's a vile creature too. I hope Marlene is still in jail, and I hope a restraining order is in place for Craig, since Justin will be living full-time in Pittsburgh now.  I have bad vibes about Brandon, too.

Loved Casey, Glenn and Harry. So happy the kids had them to go to. Although I don't know why Justin chose to live on the streets, when they woulld have paid for a bed for him. And Molly... How did she survive after what she went through, and Just Where Is She?

LOVED the instant connection between Brian and Justin. The both have troubled pasts and neither one are willing to get close and open up to people. I can see where they can form a tight bond between them because of it.  The scene inside the door in Justin's loft, was very hot... HOT!  I'm so looking forward to the week at Chartrez Resort. Whatever are they going to do all week while having to share a room? :)

So which person is the most important in Brian's life according to Lindsey? Her or Gus? That whole scenario was great. enjoyed it thoroughly. I think Cynthia may have enjoyed it more than anyone! lol.

what are Craig and bitchface up to really and what will Justin, Brian Harry and Ava do to stop them in their tracks?

It was just so sexy, intimate, breathtaking, beautiful and Very Hottt!! Brian and Justin just have this level of intimacy that makes you embarrassed to see and yet you can't stop watching because with a kiss, caress, look you are just mesmerized by them.

Leda having cancer and Brian being there to help her through it is just so Brian, I can understand why they are friends and Leda's loyalty, they both understand who they are and just accept that there will be no bullshit whenever they meet.

Melanie finally woke up and realized that Lindsay's problems are not hers and she needs to worry about herself and the kids not the Lindsay Show.

Michael and Lindsay need to be dropped off on an island surrounded by sharks and piranhas so that way no one has to hear from them ever again.

You have me hooked already.  I can't wait to see where this story goes. There is something so satisfying about reading anything to do with Lindsay's and Michael's downfalls, and I love supportive Ted and Emmett:-)

Excellent start with a very intriguing story premise. Although, at 17k words it's more like a start and a half! ;)  Very excited to see more of these characters. I like the slightly softer, but still-Briany, Brian and the bolder Justin. Moving on to chapter 2. TAG

I am hooked already! Way to go!
