So beautiful....no other words!

I’ve read this story at least half a dozen times and everytime I cry. Not just tearing up but a big old ugly cry mess. This story is so beautiful. I adore Brian and Justin so much. And Bianca and Gus oh my heart!

OMG, I am a sobbing mess... not just tearing up, but big ole ugly crying!  I'm so sad they died, but they were able to get so much time... such happy times!

I'm nervous that something is SERIOUSLY wrong with Justin 

This is sad. I'm pulling for them to actually TALK!!!

I had a tin of reviews to do today to catch up. I had to save yours for last. It's too emotional of a chapter to just wing though. We all knew it was coming. Can I say though, that you finished this story with such grace, and beauty. You definitely did our boys justice. I read it a few  times now and get all caught up in it every time. 

My mouth was agape with Lindsey. WOW! I mean...WOW! She's completely off her rocker! Her attempts at manipulations was absolutely disgusting! And her assumptions, while preposterous, were down right funny! At least Mel is totally aware now of Lindsey's behavious and where exactly Brian stands. Gus thankfully, may not be fully aware of Lindsey's attempts at manipulations for what they really are, he gets that B&J needs this time together each year and fully supports them He knows that the boys are adn will be there for him no matter what. As he gets older though, he will become fully aware of how devious Lindsey can be adn what lenghts she will try to go to. I doubt he will be very forgiving. He may feel duty bound to help her at times, but at least eventually he stops. Lets her sinkd or swim on her own. why should everyone around her work to support her and she sit back and do nothing. 

Michael of course is no better. He only sees what he wants. He really thought thatwhen B&J were apart from each other that Brian was fine. He probably knew deep deep down that he wasn't but convinced himself otherwise. He's only interested in himself anyway, so it was easily done. Sadly he's so selfish that he just doesn't care about how his behaviour and attitude effects others. It's all to oeasy to blame everyone else. He breaks apromise to Jenny...it's Justin's fault.

A quick side note...Lindsey's mantra of "I am the mother of your child...your only child" os so reminiscient of Michael's "He's my best friend" LOL.

We can't have a story of B&J without some angst adn a little bit of heartache. While i'm angered at Brian, like Justin, it was a slip. Yes it took some time to get back on the right footing again. It would be that way for anyone. Was it disheartening? yes, of course. but  because Brian has been so solid up till then, it is easy to forgive him. Like the terrific pair they are, they worked it out, allowed the time needed to sort it out and Brian didn't get mad for not being back in Justin's good graces immediately. He completely understood Justin's wariness. You did that beautifully!!

So much happened in the following years. Losing loved ones was difficult, especially what it was the matriarchs of teh family. the glue. Losing justin though, while expected, was gut wrentching. I wanted to scream out  "Why him?! Why not the bitch or the asshole?" He was still so young. Brain left so bereft. the children too. I have to admit, I was crying buckets towards teh end. It was fitting that Brian went on to be with Justin. He knoew that the time had arrived.

Oh my dear. I have to say, this was an incredible story! Your first for QAF?!! You encompassed everyone beautifully. Encapsulataed the emotions here incredibly well. I was hooked from teh very beginning. Don't ever let anyone disuade you from writing. complainers are just goingto look for something to complain about. Kind of like Michael in that sense, ;) Sad but true. I'm off to save this nto a pdf adn put it on my kindle so I can revisit it again and again.

I hope you be a reocurring writer for this fandom.

This was a lovely long and painful chapter to read.  There were happy times and sad times and no one was untouched.  Mikey and Lindsay, of course, had the roughest times brought on by their attitudes.  Gus and his little sister faired well even though they lost Justin to the cancer.  Finally Brian joined him leaving Gus and Binkie sending their best wishes up to heaven.

Heavy feeling of loss coming...

As for me: Well a day after reading the final chapter, I am still emotional over this wonderful story. You delivered this work of art in style, grace, passion and with compassion- one of the best Emotive written stories I have ever read. I sincerely hope that you will continue to share your gift with us no matter what you choose to write. I will never EVER be able to listen to "Only You" by the Platters again and NOT think of this brilliant story. Absolutely breathtaking, stunningly beautiful, exquisitely heartbreaking and uplifting all at the same time!
