WOW! Another phenomenal update! All my queries answered here. what the videos comtained, How the house in toronto sold, how Michael was paying for legal fees (have to admit, that was priceless!! )
Talk about courtroom drama! for one, the Usher was hilarious! Had to smirk at his comment about them moving in. Micheal continues to formulate answers that best suit his purpose. Truth or not. His excuses for non payment of support are falling on deaf ears. It's ridiculous really. I mean he's had access to vast amounts of money, yet has contributed nothing, yet he's even sinking so low as to try to get guardianship of Gus! He's a vile piece of shit! Deserves every bad thing coming to him in all honesty. The videos show just what kind of complete asshole he really is. Sadly, Gus and Jenny had to witness it as well. they already know what kind of low life Michael really is, Lindsey as well, but to have to see it full force was sad for them. Grateful that they have such an amazing support network around them.
Gus comletely and utterly broke me! What he was willing to do to keep Jenny happy and safe.........well, there are no words. I sobbed at that part a bit I must admit. thank goodness the judge took over at that point! Loved the liberties you took here! :) Obviously no judge would speak like that as much as they would really really want to!! She was brutal! Absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!! HUGE success for the family. Gus and Jenny both legally adopted, legally emancipated. Both are clear of any further relationship with Michael and Lindsey. couldn't be happier! Very emotional but happily so.
Deb denouncing Michael was icing on the cake. Woohoo!! Good for her. Sad that it had to come to that. That she, as a mother, had to come to the point of disowning her own son. That she no longer even wants to share a name with him. Can't plame her after all his machinations, especially his threats about her access to Jenny once he thought he's win the emancipation hearing. Pffffffffft. Like that was ever going to happen. The broken nose he received was most excellent. so what do you have up your sleeve for these 2 now? I can't wait to find out. I guess we still have Lindsey's hearing still to go now as well. hehehe. I'm expecting her loss to be just as giggle worthy as the rest of them.

My, my, my, OH my!! These last three chapters......LMAO, LMFAO, ROFLMAOOOOoooo!! Individually, they were amazing and funny as hell but together!! OMG!! Fantastic and Hysterically Hilarious! I really do bow to your skills of storytelling!
It's so hard to know where to start but I suppose I should start with the very first verbal ass whipping meted out by Solomon...Lindsay....smh Lying, Loose-lipped, Lindsay! But let me back up a second.... Ephraim!! First calling her Ms. Novotny was ingenious!!! I loved the absolute way him continuously doing, especially with him knowing exactly who Bitchzilla is, was just too damn funny. Then dissing and dismissing the Dumbass Duo was equally funny, telling them that if they were either a friend or client than they would have known that Mel no longer works at Chase, Donaldson and Draper. Idiots doesn't even begin to describe their brand of Assholery! Now back to Lyin' Lips on the stand....
'I wish to bring the children up to think they can't have everything they want at the drop of a hat; they have to work for it..." What a crock of Bullshuckyduck!! The self-appointed queen of entitlement wishes to instruct her kids on working for the things they want?? In what world...hell in what universe is she qualified to do anything but teach a class in "Instaneous Waterworks" and "How to pretend to be a Rich Bitch when you don't have a pot to piss in 101" or an even better one, "How to Fake It til you Make it and then Fail Miserably..." That last class is the one she taught Michael and if there was an 'A' to be handed out it would be in 'ASSHOLE' which he would pass with flying colors. But more on him in a few minutes... Back to Dumbelina...
I really loved the way that Solomon helped Lindsay dig her own grave while Judge Millner and Phil engraved it with an epitaph that there really isn't any coming back from. She really should have been thrown in jail alongside TweedleDUMB for perjury on the strength of her faux concern alone. She showed every particle of her bitterness, hatred and malice up on that stand talking about taking the children away to live with her and Michael in Canada. Bringing up their lack of jobs and the fact that the 'marital' home that Lindsay was banking on being able to use to imprison Gus and JR is unavailable for at least a year was ingenious. Thank Goodness for Ted! Teddy was definitely my hero in this! He really tied Lindsay's know-it-all-answer-for-everything non-existent ass in a thousand different knots leaving her nowhere to escape from a web of her own making. Furthermore, I wonder if she's figured out that she can't touch Gus' support payments yet? All that money she thought she was secreting away, not being accessible to her at all... Now that is going to cause her greedy money-grubbing head to really explode.
Now onto the fucktard named Michael..... TweedleleeDUMB makes stupid look smart. And not only once but now 3 times... Going after Zee the first time she kicked his ass was foolish, bitching at the judge's ruling in the dissolution hearing and landing himself in a holding cell was asinine but then to attempt to attack Zee again within the courtroom in front of both her husband and the judge!!! WOW!!!!!!! I also wanted to floor his stupid ass for calling Ted a Meth Head... In fact I'm shocked that Blake didn't end up in a cell behind that but the outcome of this was so much better!
His idiocy and delusions on the stand were priceless! And Judge Maatje is BACK!!! LOL! I loved that part. Whatever lies he would have tried to come back with, she already was well versed in the type of self-serving snake Michael is. I felt so bad for Phil since he continues to have to deal with pea brained, spoiled children entrapped in adult bodies. But back to Mitch... Not only to go after Jenny but have legal guardianship of Gus as well....WHAT???!!!! I swear someone should just hire a hitman to put him out of his own harebrained misery (Apologies to Bugs Bunny, Thumper and other hares everywhere...I know that you all have more sense). He killed me trying to compare himself to Brian as a father based on parental rights. Did he actually pay child support? NO! Did he actually make good on contributing to Jenny's college fund once Ben began paying into it? NO! Well not knowingly until he after he paid his Mama to reacquire the collectibles and she put the profits she made in trust for Jenny. It still amazes me how he used Jenny time and time again to get into Brian's life but claims to love her over and over again; same with Bitchzilla. And furthermore, his comment about being the 'Voice of Reason...' HA! Fucking HA!! He wouldn't know reason if it bit him in the peen which is obvious since he was sitting in the courtroom with his Partner-in-Cuntishness seeking custody for an 'In' with Brian and a steady stream of income in the form of Child Support. What a dick (apologies to dicks everywhere since you are generally well-liked... well unless Melanie is involved. LOL). I'm so happy that Solomon and the Judge ripped him a new one and Phil basically let it happen.
The Declaration of Emancipation for Gus and Jenny had me in tears. Brian and Justin's reactions, alongside Ben's was endearing and touching. Gus and Jenny have endured so much at the hands of Michael and Lindsay that they really deserve all the happiness that their hearts and hands can hold. After the Dissolution hearing for Mel from Lindsay, I think there is one more order of business and the Lindsay and her sidekick Michael can be consigned to that special place in Hell called obscurity!
As for Ron making Dumbelina sell the house and Captain Asshole sell his collectibles, this was priceless and LONG OVERDUE! He seems to have found his balls which should have been found a lifetime ago...but I suppose it's better late than never.
That last scene with Michael yelling in Justin's face.... WHEW!! Although I wished Justin would have punched the piss out of Michael, I think Zee's secret ice ball was even more perfect!!
Darling you have given me so many laughs, thrills, chills and tears during these last three amazing chapters! I can't wait for more of this, including Nancy reaping a little bit of what she's sown from her own Lil Lyin' Lips Madam!

Solomon was good but Gus brought it home with his note to Judge Maatje, Michael and Lindsay sat there acting like the win was already in the bag and they were deciding where to dine with the first support check (Bet they were going to ask for more money?) they had no reaction to how upset Gus and Jenny became watching that video...That is Beyond Cold!
Didn't count on Solomon being smarter than the pebble in their heads or the jail recording an idiot and his sidekick complaining about their lawyer, judge, didn't bother to look for a notice probably posted all over the place that they record everything? SMH
Every time they open their mouths their hatred for Justin and Zee come out along with their contempt for the whole proceedings.
Thankfully at last Gus and Jenny have their wish and they no longer have to be associated with those two Assclowns, Hell even Deb doesn't want to have any association with Michael and no longer wants him to use the name Novotny.
So just one more hearing to go then Mel can be free of Lindsay, Zee and the ice rock was funny just love when Michael gets hurt he is so slimy and idiotic.
