An amazing chapter. First with Emmett telling Lindsay off, which I loved, then finding out he's going to be a dad! Horvath seems to be on the side of justice. Can't wait to see how he manages to do that and not piss off Stockwell. Ted is a calming influence in all this. Daphne will tell the truth. Now Lindsay has pissed Brian off and hopefully Mel will reign her in.

Like Brian, I want to freaking throttle Michael. Oh man...Michael is going to pay a hefty hefty price! what a little bastard!! Not sure the gang will forgive him for this one. I'm quite sure I wouldn't. Can't wait to see what Brian ulitmately does to Michael. I'm really glad that he also saw that he should've defended Justin more. that while Justin was able to defend himself, he shouldn't have had to.

Go Cynthia!! what an impressive pair of cajones she has standing up to Vance like she did. Kind of makes me hope he tries for fire Brian! I wonder if he realizes that all those clients will happily walk with Brian when he eventuall leaves? OR...perhaps when he sues Vance if he's dumb enough to try to fire Brian. Brian will end up owning Vanguard lock stock and barrel. Thank goodness she had teh forethought to get all the necesary information onto the thumbdrives, and she has them with her.
Ted...well...man o man! I didn't see that coming but GO TEDDY!!!!! Bellweather is just the most vile creature. That he and his nephew have such nasty plans. I get the impression that they are even more involved than we realize at the moment.
I'm so thoroughly disgusted by Michael. He's so desparate for acceptance of any kind that he'll resort to anything just to get it. he doesn't see that people are using him, or if he does, he doesn't care as long as he gets his revenge, his 5 minutes of fame, gets his own way..the list goes on sadly. I can't believe he said all those things about hsi "friends".

I have to admit, I did a little jig in when I saw this. My eyes may have welled up slightly in sheer joy.
Bryce has a huge set of cajones!! To defy his parents like he did. To admit to a relationship with a teacher...to say all that he did about Hobbs...Man alive. That was amazingly brave.
Melanie seems to think she in between a rock and a hard place. Saying she "can't" leave Lindsey, that they have kids together...Worse excuse possible!!
Am enjoying the strength that some of these characters are portraying. Oh this investigation is so interesting and I'm really anticipating teh outcome to it! So so so much happening. I really love that you're doing these side bars. A nice look into the investigation aspect to the story. Quite exciting.

Let's hope that pottery wheel will get us a "Ghost scene" with Brian as Patrick and Justin as Demi. That was super hot (not that they can't be hot by themselves; they sure know how to make the heat peaks high).
Brian and Justin's dynamic is really shaping up: the looks, the touches, ...
Cynthia and Ben lunch was very informative for Ben; maybe, he will be more attentive to Michael behaviour next time, and ask some more questions.
David and Deb meeting was also very informative: new she has no reason to protect her cruel and blind, selfish, idiotic and irresponsible son.
So, George and Justin are related and from very high rank in the WASP world; that might lead to some interesting plots.
Jennifer and Lindsey: what a delight to have a WASP battle without a drop of blood; Jennifer knows just where to poke to make it very hurtful; take that Lindsey and try to think for once.

The intro of Shavonne should be an interesting addition to the story. A nice little bit of personal history between her and mel. Not even going to touch on her ex hubby and the queen. lol. How ironic is that?? Glad there doesn't seem to be any long standing grudge there of Mel's slip of the tongue. Kind of reminded me of Justin's slip about Brian and Ben.
I'm liking this sidebar aspect to the story you're doing. The court case is something that's going to be a great part of it, and these aspects you're writing gives a terrific backgournd into it.
Daphne sure has alot to say!! good thing too. The bullying that Justin had to endure, and it was blindly ignored if not facilitated by the faculty. thrilled that the judge etc are going to get what for! Daph definitely gives a different perspective. A very realistic one at that. She saw chris watching adn looking at justin. (OK...while obvious, still kinda creepy!)

Finally caught up, and I can’t wait for more. Lindsay better take several seats before Jennifer or even Mel for that matter, puts her in one. I loved how she tried to explain not having Gus with her while trying to tell Jen she was a neglectful mother. She wasn't providing a very good argument.
