I love the supernatural twist to the Brian and Justin romance. Very different from other stories and it's well written and entertaining to read. - samcdee

Justin moves into a new loft apartment in preparation for starting his first term at PIFA.  Upon arrival, he finds a “Welcome Letter” from his new landlord, Brian Kinney. But, when he goes to respond, odd things start to happen.  Can these two men reach across time itself to realize their love?  (Loosely based on the plot of Alejandro Aresti's The Lakehouse - one of my all-time favorite movies.)

Hello again! Another great and amazing story! This was your first one? I'm so amazed. It so well written! I love the connection you built between them and their conversations. It's so cute and beautiful. I'm also very curious and excited because I think that Brian will be at Justins Prom... And yeah, this chapter... Sooo beautiful and also hot. But I think that this moment will change the future. Maybe it would have been better if Brian stayed away...? Like I said, I'm very curious about the development. Thanks again for another awesome story! Warmest regards, a.

Brian getting all romantic. Wow! Nevertheless I have a bad feeling about this developments. The panic attacks. Are they triggered by Justin rememberng more and more? As if Justin starts to remember that he has lost Brian at his Prom? Or is it the other way around - that Brian just started to change the future? Hm, you see, I am soooo curious and it's very exciting! Warmest regards, a.

Oh, this is so heartbreaking, hurts so much. But I have seen "the lake house" and so there is still hope... Some things I don't understand so far. Justin in 2001 could have recognize Michael at the diner? Michael could have recognize the bracelet? But again... This is such a great story, I love it. Thanks!

Great story! Very well written! I have already ended it yesterday night but during the last chapters I couldn't stop myself from reading further and further. The chapters 33 and 34 were so exciting and scary. You are very talented. The moment Justin's remebered his past and what had happened to Brian. It was so sad and dramatic. And then their reunion! Beautiful! Thanks for this hot scene. I wasn't sure if you would write it in this situation but it fits so well. Never stop writing! Thanks for sharing your wonderful stories! Warmest regards, a.

Summary: Feature

Did you ever wish you could go back in time and change just one thing you’d done - just one - thinking that you could change your whole life for the better? Well, Brian Kinney did. He was sure that all his problems stemmed from that first time he broke his first rule about sex - never let a trick stay the whole night. If he had never let Justin Taylor insinuate himself into his life, he would still be the top Stud of Liberty Avenue, free from the heartache and headaches of a relationship, with his friendships and family intact. At least that was what Brian was thinking the night after Justin left him and went to live with the stepford fags, Michael & Ben. But, every action has some direct or indirect consequence and Brian may not necessarily like the results that he gets when he wishes he could go back in time and change his life. This story begins after Episode 5.07 but flashes back to episode 1.02 & 1.03.

Hi! This is my first review altough I have already read some of your wonderful and amazing stories. So far my favourites are "Fiery nights" and "Smoldering". I apologizes for haven't given you reviews for these stories because they are amazing, wonderful written, funny, hot, cute, exiting, awesome... This time I have to stop myself from reading at the point where Brian gets this burger, get registered and now I'm writing this. It's again such a wonderful story. I was having such a good time the last hour, laughing so much. I love your writing style. It's great! Thanks for sharing this wonderful ideas and thoughts! I am so curious how it'll proceeds so now I'll go on reading. Warmest regards, a.

Author's Response:

I'm honored to be your first review. Thank you for reading all my stories. I DID have a lot of fun writing this one - I had so many ideas of ways to torture Brian in this one. But never fear, there are always happy endings somewhere along the line. Happy reading and welcome to Kinnetik Dreams. TAG

Hello again! Another two great chapters. It's a very awesome mix beween funny moments, sadness and despair and happiness. Great. The conversations with Michael and Debbie are just so funny! You have made my morning hours! Thanks! Warmest regards, a.

Author's Response:

Yep! Killing Craig off seemed like a great idea at the time . . . LOL. Read on and you'll see how that turned out for Brian. So happy to have made your morning! TAG

Hi again. So now after work I just couldn't resist reading further. Hell, this is so frightening. So good written, because I can feel Brians despair. To imagine this could really happen. Again and again. Terrible! I'm suffering with him. Ending up in this hospital, crazy. And then thanks, because it's still also funny. How he thinks about a safe word. And then again just one thought: Justin. Awesome! Now I think I can't stop, I have to know how it develops. Thanks and warmest regards! a.

Hi! Altough you are right that this Brian is maybe a little bit too vulnerable I liked this chapter because of the deep trust and love between them. It reminds me of the 4. season when Brian finally is able to accept his vulnerability and let Justin take care of him. Now I need a little break, but I'm back soon, because I am so curious! Warmest regards!

I had to admit you were definitely right. This version of Brian doesn't fit. But, this is still so crazy, frightening. All the ways and the things he tries, he is just doing it because of his deep love for Justin. And still I am so excited which way it will continue....

This was so much fun to read – the couch scene is so great – I couldn’t stop laughing. With every chapter I fallen more and more in love with your story and I really like your writing style. Well, here in Germany it's getting late and - besides work - I haven't done much except reading your wonderful story - as I said before I just couldn't stop. So, thanks again! I'm so glad that there are people who are just as addicted to Brian and Justin as I am and who are furthermore so talented in writing such stories! Warmest regards, a.

Wow! Beautiful, cute and ridiculously romantic. :-) Awesome, I think you should have written the script of the end of the tv show. But I still believe that their love also will / would survive the time Justin's in NY. But back to your story. Thanks! I had a great time, much suffering but also many moments of laughter! Great story! I'm looking forward to the next one. Warmest regards, a.

After Justin's departure to Hollywood, Brian has a surprise - a life-altering surprise. All story is from Brian's perspective, watching him cope with the new challenge.  This story in mpreg, so if it's not your cup of tea, please approach with caution. :)

OMG – I’m so in love with your amazing story! I’ve just finished it and think I’ll re-read it, also to give you the well-deserved reviews. This is one of the most beautiful mpeg-stories I’ve read so far. There are soooo many cute, beautiful, hot and especially funny moments. Thanks for sharing this wonderful story! So, Chapter One: Interesting beginning, very well written and I totally fell in love with your Brian, his behavior and reaction to his pregnancy (“must kill Sunshine” - :-) ) , the whole way you characterized him. Great! Warmest regards, a.

I love Brian’s thoughts and how the “intruder” turns into “peanut” – so cute! And again, so funny: “I have something to tell you…But I need to barf first” And Justin’s fainting over the news… J Again, very well written. Thanks!

With this chapter and the events at the diner, you finally got me addicted… “You knocked up Sunshine” - “It’s not Justin, it’s me.” They whole scene at the diner is priceless, inredible and also so beautiful: “In that moment I was hit hard and fast with a resolution. I loved him. I really loved him, probably more than he loved me” – And then the cruel reality, a pound a week… haha… Great!!!

Again, amazing, Brian’s appointment at the hospital, Brian’s sarcasm and repeating “no” to everything and a totally excited Justin. And then, what a beautiful moment at Britin, when Brian surprises Justin with this picnic (it was such a hurtful and humiliating scene in S2 when Brian refused to do this picnic with Justin at the loft) and telling Justin, despite his insecurities, that he loves him. I know it’s mpeg and fiction but I would have loved to see your development of their story on TV. Warmest regards!

“Wanna be Stepford husbands?” – what a great proposal. :-) But after this cute intro to the topic you let the real proposal follow and Ita, there couldn’t be a better way to ask Justin. Love it!

Lots of laughter and funny moments in this chapter… “My koala bear, or do you prefer kangaroo?” – the sneaking of the cookies – the problems with tying the shoelaces and the center of gravity – the multicolored lights shining up your ass…. And so on

I loved the moment when Brian tells Michael that he loves Justin and that he is finally able to admit his feelings. Thanks!!!

I just love your Brian… “If the twat got any idea of trying out for a girl…” :-) And also the scene at the store and their interaction is priceless… “Justin’s jaw dropped, then he started babbling.”

I also like how you represent Justin. I think his thoughts about the marriage are very matured and it’s so cute how they change the name peanut into munchkin – although I loved the name peanut!

Here, I just can agree with Brian. I’m also so happy that Justin had decided to come home and that they are able to experience this pregnancy together. Many thanks to Cynthia! Brian would have been too stubborn, wouldn’t he?

The end of this chapter was so frightening – but reading it the second time and knowing what will happen, makes me relax.

How cute, this “donut-scene” at the hospital. “You’re like an old, married couple”. It reminds me of this dinner-scene at Debs in S2. They seemed to be so happy and then Brian “destroyed” their happiness with fucking the “zucchini-man”. I’m so glad your story is different, your Brian is different, you let them talk, allowing them to be happy. Thanks!!! This is not the first mpeg-story I’ve read so far, but I must admit I like those better in which Brian gets pregnant. You let him say “it’s not because of peanut, now munchkin”, but I’ve asked myself what would have been happen if it would had been Justin…

These appointments always bring a big smile on my face…. Just to imagine the look on Brian’s face when the doc tells him: “On the scale”

And I really like the “email-conversations” – it’s so Justin-like telling Brian all this stuff, even the things he don’t want to know about – or pretending he don’t want to know.

Gus is so cute “How’s my brother” – so great! The interactions between those three are so awesome. Again, very well written. Can’t wait to see them with their munchkin!
