Justin is living in NYC with his boyfriend, Connor James, who is an actor. He comes home from a trip to Pittsburgh to find a 'Dear John' letter from Connor who's gone to LA for a movie part. The next morning Justin wakes to find Brian Kinney pounding on his door, apparently thinking he's sublet the apartment. Brian is just starting a new job in NYC. Justin has nowhere to go either. It seems like the best solution is to just share the apartment, at least for a while. It pretty quickly becomes apparent though that these two men aren't exactly compatible roomies. But there's a definite attraction between them too. How are these two very different men going to handle cohabiting in a small apartment? AU after Brian breaks Justin's heart in episode 2. This is Mpreg, but I really like Mpreg. Craig marries Justin off to an abusive man after finding out Justin is pregnant.

I chose this story as it is a "what if" that continues the story of Brian and Justin after Season 5. Starlight is an author that pulls you into a story by the third paragraph and takes you on a wild ride. There's angst, humor and drama that has you cheering and yelling in disgust in the same chapter. She has this writing style that keeps you wanting more every chapter she writes - mamaduck

Brian and Justin decide it's time to have kids.

Michael and Lindsay are as usual up to no good, and end up in therapy. Somehow so do the rest of the Gang.

Justin lost his virginity on a one night stand with Brian when he was 17 and left that experience with more than he planned although nothing he would ever regret, 15 years later they meet again and get to know each other again whilst facing all sorts of obstacles and challenges from Michael who is jealous of Brian's attention being placed elsewhere.

Brian and Justin have had a long and wonderful life together for 60 glorious years as a couple.  Justin looks back on those years with all the love in him while attending a funeral.  This was my very first standalone.  I hope you will enjoy it.  Many thanks to Becky for her fine beta work and Eka for the beautiful banner.
