This is such a wonderful story that leaves you wanting more. I loved every minute of watching Brian's masks slip away as he accepted his love and appreciation for Justin. It was also great seeing Brian discover he had members of his own family looking out for him. His Aunt and Uncle just accepted him no questions asked, and they respected Brian and Justin as a couple.  So much happens in this story that I believe makes Brian and Justin into the couple they were meant to be - SunshineSally

An AU season 3 post-finale story.

Brian decides to show his friends that he can survive on the streets, like the homeless guy in front of Liberty Diner. During the day spent as a bum, Brian befriends Justin. When the truth about Brian comes out, Justin has to make a decision whether to trust him or not. Written for Fandoms for Hope and Relief.

This story is my entry for a fanfic contest.  The only requirement was that the story include a novel, a phone, a hat, and a bottle of mineral water.  I racked my brain how to come up with a story that included those four items and I couldn't get the beaches of Ibiza off my mind.  Hope you enjoy where my imagination led me.  Basically, the story is simply a fun diversion for our intrepid lovers set after the end of Season Five.  The banner is by my wonderful banner maker, Eka, and I have no beta this time around so please forgive any mistakes. 

Justin has not met Brian yet and has a secret that no one knows. Brian is interested from their first encounter, but can't figure out why Justin turns down every guy who hits on him.

Using the excuse of new accounts, Brian pays Justin a surprise visit on Valentine's Day. Romance is not dead and Brian shows Justin he is capable of romantic gestures.

This is a story based on the words of the Clay Aiken song 'Solitaire'.  It is strictly in Brian's POV as he remembers all the events that happened in Season Three from the moment Justin left him for the Fiddler to the moment he got Justin back into his arms, where he belonged.  I owe a debt of gratitude to Eka for the beautiful banner and Pat for her beta skills.
