I love the supernatural twist to the Brian and Justin romance. Very different from other stories and it's well written and entertaining to read. - samcdee

Justin moves into a new loft apartment in preparation for starting his first term at PIFA.  Upon arrival, he finds a “Welcome Letter” from his new landlord, Brian Kinney. But, when he goes to respond, odd things start to happen.  Can these two men reach across time itself to realize their love?  (Loosely based on the plot of Alejandro Aresti's The Lakehouse - one of my all-time favorite movies.)

Did you ever wish you could go back in time and change just one thing you’d done - just one - thinking that you could change your whole life for the better? Well, Brian Kinney did. He was sure that all his problems stemmed from that first time he broke his first rule about sex - never let a trick stay the whole night. If he had never let Justin Taylor insinuate himself into his life, he would still be the top Stud of Liberty Avenue, free from the heartache and headaches of a relationship, with his friendships and family intact. At least that was what Brian was thinking the night after Justin left him and went to live with the stepford fags, Michael & Ben. But, every action has some direct or indirect consequence and Brian may not necessarily like the results that he gets when he wishes he could go back in time and change his life. This story begins after Episode 5.07 but flashes back to episode 1.02 & 1.03.

Summary:

POST SERIES AU chronicling the highs and lows of Brian and Justin's attempt to keep their long distance romance going. Will they find out that they are stronger together or more productive apart?  

Brian and Brandon compete to see who can seduce the men on "The List" the fastest. Some of the men listed are unknown to Brian, including a ‘Justin Taylor'. Meanwhile, Brian befriends Sunshine, a newcomer in Pittsburgh who is too young, too romantic, too sweet to be a trick. What will he do when he finds out Sunshine and Justin Taylor are one and the same? How will he deal with his confusing feelings for the young man?    

Who would have thought that on his vacation the annual nuisance next door would turn into anything but and with time would become so addictive? Brian didn't, especially not the first year he met Justin in Ibiza.

Timeline: This is a canon characterization alternate 'fate' of Brian and Justin. Will involve many of the characters from QAF and events from canon for Brian's life and Justin is of course an artist.

Brian is in the third grade when he's paired up to be Justin's buddy on the first day of school, Justin only a kindergartner but they immediately connect. This is not the average, boy meets boy, best friends turn into lovers story. Brian is terrified that he has found love in Justin, and Justin represses his love for him. They both find love with another man, the same man, but will end up together. Love, hate, death, forgiveness, pain, suffering and joy has been thrown into a cauldron and has boiled over into this piece of fiction so take a deep breath, grab the tissues and enjoy.

Summary: Justin returns Brian's bracelet to him (3.04) and for the first time since they split Brian catches a glimpse that Justin still wants him. Brian decides to give Justin a reminder.    

It’s now 2019, and Brian Kinney is back in Pittsburgh. He left eight years ago on the eve of his 30th birthday for New York; all that remained in his loft were his clothes, mobile, and a video making his feelings for his family and friends clear. They couldn’t understand where this had come from, all efforts to contact him were rebuffed. Lindsay and Michael were especially devastated, Lindsay wanted to tell him about their baby and Michael was going to take his heart and courage in both hands and profess his love for Brian. 

So why is he back and what does Vic’s nursing assistant Justin Taylor have to do with it? .
