Yikes! Well it is certainly all out there on the table now. Brian is actually hearing for the first time the cold hard facts as Justin sees, hears, and feels them. It seems he is even listening.
Now, if he accepts them, he has a lot of work to do to repair the damaage. It's clear they still love each other. Love clearly isn't enough sometimes. I'm hoping it will be for them in the future.

I think this conversation was long overdue and maybe they should have had it years ago before Justin left for New York to figure out if that was really something he wanted or something he just thought Brian wanted him to do... It would certainly have saved them a lot of pain and heartbreak if they had just communicated more honestly back then :(
We'll see if Brian will accept his part in this and if he does, how he'll deal with the knowledge that instead of making Justin's biggest dream come true (a career in his mind), he really destroyed it and took it away from him by keeping his son a secret.
As for love - no, it isn't always enough, but like you said, maybe it might just be for them. We'll have to wait and see...

Scott was talking to the make-up artist about trying to cover Randy's tattoo. Then he made a comment about the episode where the guys were in Woody's and talking about Brian having a tattoo that no one had seen. So I figured that Brian's tattoo must be somewhere that is covered, considering he showers at the gym and fucks at Babylon, so many, many people have seen him naked. So he has Justin shave him so he can see the tattoo.

Brian is an Art Critic for the Sun Times, who has obsessive compulsive disorder. Justin is a well-known, yet lonely artist. For six years, Brian has written words regarding Justin's work for the paper. Justin feels that the words the critic wrote were as though he had painted his paintings himself and knew each piece as he himself knew them. For six years, Brian is too shy to ask for an interview, much to his boss' annoyance. Due to the way Brian dresses…in clothes from Wal-Mart with the exception of his sports jerseys, Justin assumes the man is straight, though he secretly keeps a scrapbook and sketchbook devoted to the man. What happens when Brian's boss draws the line and insists that Brian conduct a one on one interview with Justin Taylor?
