Brian and Justin's family continues to grow.  The children are growing fast. Brian's nephews and partners add to the love but marriage comes with a lot of hard work and both Brian and Justin make mistakes but Love Conquers All.

I'm Neverbreeze, I lost access to my old email. Anyway. This is a five years post season 5. Brian is bored and playing around online when he sees something interesting.

Summary: I know this arc has been written hundreds of times, but I've never read anything like what I’ve come up with. I've changed a few timelines in order to make this my story. So join me as we find out what happened after the infamous Anniversary party.

Someone overhears Justin complaining about Brian’s tricking and the next morning Justin wakes up slightly altered . . . Set roughly around the beginning of Season 5 (if S5 had happened in the springtime).

Brian and Justin are enjoying life.   They are splitting their time between Britin and their vineyard in California.  But trouble starts when Kinnetic's NYC office needs Brian's attention just as the family is ready to go back to the West Coast.  When Brian misses Gus' 20th Birthday party Justin is furious.  It takes a death in the family for Justin to realize we all make mistakes.

It's eight years after 513. Justin and Brian are not together, at least not yet. Gus has been in Toronto all this time. His life has not been good, and Brian has not seen him for several years.

Brian’s situation spurs some self-reflection.

It’s 2017 and the Pittsburgh covens of Liberty-Pitts, ruled by King Craig and Queen Jennifer with their adopted daughter Lindsay, and Le Mont Washington, ruled by brother and sister, Lord Victor and Lady Deborah and her adopted sons Michael and Christopher, have kept a relatively low profile integrating into society. They source their blood from blood banks and no longer feeding from humans. But now the Taylors and the Grassis want to abdicate, leaving the way for their children to ascend.

One problem, neither Michael nor Lindsay are pure vamps, so would need to rule with another half-blood. The Chief Aldermen have, once more, ruled against them ascending, but now think it's time for the Kings to Rule. Enter Master Lieutenants Brian Kinney and Justin Taylor to train the spoilt children how to be rulers and vampires, without suspecting that it is them that will rule and rule together. However, one refuses to accept that Vampires can love and the other refuses to accept his Vampire side...will true love prevail?
