This story is set in charming1 and Lorie’s “Bittersweet Universe” and is a prequel to Bittersweet Promise. However, this can be read as a stand-alone story.

I chose this story as it is a "what if" that continues the story of Brian and Justin after Season 5. Starlight is an author that pulls you into a story by the third paragraph and takes you on a wild ride. There's angst, humor and drama that has you cheering and yelling in disgust in the same chapter. She has this writing style that keeps you wanting more every chapter she writes - mamaduck

Set two years after 513. Melanie, Lindsay and the kids are still in Canada. Justin has returned after a year in New York and now lives at Britin with Brian. 'Rage' has broken the 'barriers' and is now popular in the mainstream comic book world. Michael and Justin have been asked to appear on a talk show (think Graham Norton) to discuss their comic book. Brian and Ben as well as Ted and Blake, and Emmett and Drew tag along with front row seats in the audience.

Justin has been living in New York for almost 5 years.  This is the story of what happened during that time and how the boys find their way back to each other.
