They want to expand and think themselves unstoppable, untouchable but they're about to find out how wrong they are. Because into Ted's life come three men; Ben, Brian and Emmett - they decide to teach those two liars a lesson they will never forget and put them exactly where they're supposed to be. And what do the four of them get...love and happiness of course, read on and find out how everyone gets what they need and deserve.

Although he would always have his health issues, they were well controlled as long as he stayed on his medication. Gus was the son they are worried about. He is 15 and completing his sophomore year. He had gotten in with the wrong crowd. He’d been living with his moms more and more who were too wrapped up in their own problems that they lost track of what Gus was up to.
Now it is up to Brian and Justin to try and get their kind and caring son back before it is too late.

Thoroughly entertaining as always - I can just imagine the sour expression on Michael's jealous face. Can't say I've ever seen in daylight savings in this way - more's the pity! Here in New Zealand we are heading into autumn and the end of daylight savings, so now it is back to dark mornings and lights on driving home from work, truly awful and so not worth the extra hour of sleep it brings. One thing I do look forward to is guilt free reading of awesome QAF stories like this because it's too dark, wet, cold, windy (take your pick) to be productive outside. Roll on winter, I say.

Yeah, I figure there will always be a little bit of jealousy niggling at Michael; it's that whole unfulfilled desire thing. (Thank God it's unfulfilled!)
Pure wish fulfillment; I imagined how I'd like to see in daylight savings. I also haven't ever read a fic (QaF or elsewhere) in which daylight savings played a role, so I had to take advantage of that.
I have another reader from New Zealand following my stories over on AO3. She said you go off daylight savings on Easter Sunday this year. I bet that doesn't happen very often. I hate dark mornings! That's why I'm so cranky right now; it's dark when I'm used to having daylight. I'd rather have it get darker earlier but have the daylight in the morning. Still, I could handle being permanently on daylight savings. Just choose standard time or daylight savings and stick with it, dammit. (Yes, I'm still cranky almost a week later. It takes me close to a month to get over the time change.)
There can never be guilt over reading QAF fics, right? 😠I can see where it's nice to have winter's blessing, though - there has to be some advantage to cold, dark, dreary weather.

Our fourth and final (I think) in the Man I Hate? the series has begun. Brian and Justin along with their boys, Aiden and Gus, along with Ted and Victor with their new ward, JR are heading home from the cabin. The boys will be heading back to school in a couple days. Ted and Victor are going to build their own cabin near Brian and Justin's and they are thrilled to be able to help with JR. They had always wanted a family and now they had one.
Justin's ex is threatening to take Aiden away and while Brian and Justin fear they may lose one of their sons, Ted and Victor may be adding one.
