May I ask you an honest question? At this point, are you reading this story because you're waiting for them to finally react in a way that would appeal to you or do you like punishing yourself by reading the chapters that show the characters in a way you don't agree with? ;)

NO, that honestly isn’t it....although I know that’s what it seems like lol. I’m reading from a realistic, logical point of view and in my understanding of how the world works the situation that they have created would be very unlikely to happen. I love a happy B/J ending as much as the next person, but I’m not one that wants the HEA in every instance. Even while watching the show there were points when I felt they were better off apart. Sometimes I just have to take off my fan goggles and realize that under certain circumstances it’s not healthy for them to be together......for me this is one of those times. 

Okay, so I won’t piss on their wonderful evening....Brian made a real effort this time. This doesn’t mean he’s back in my good graces though.

Well what can I say, we’re at the end of the journey and I can’t get excited about the happy ending. For me personally, I think it’s because I feel Justin forgave everyone too quickly and easily. Not one of the people who betrayed him had to do more than say sorry or that they did what THEY felt was best and he backed down. Brian didn’t really put in the work to earn the trust back, but he created situations where Justin couldn’t say no to doing what he wanted. Sure it’s good that the boys have both of their fathers around, but they should have taken a bit more time and done a lot more work to get to this place. It still burns me that for all those years they reaped the benefits of watching Luke grow but in the end Justin was made to turn the other cheek. He wasn’t truly allowed to vent his anger and frustration for more than a few moments (I know how you feel about this particular issue though) but I think it would have helped if he had. Sometimes trying to push traumatic issues into the background can still hurt in the long run. Hopefully they continue to work on those issues so they can completely heal.

This part of the show always bothered me in quite a few ways. Justin has always known that Brian was better at actions than words, and he stopped paying attention to the little things that Brian did to show him how he felt. Keeping food in the house he would never eat, making sure he continued on with his education, paying attention to what he liked both in and out of bed. The Rage Party IMO was his biggest show of love for Justin and showed just how proud Brian was of him. What Justin did was pretty shitty and done in such a public way, that it would have embarrassed the most confident of people. And don’t get me started on Ethan, because there is such a thing as too much love which the fiddler was doling out by the truckload. I wonder if Justin has figured out that Etan’s main way of communicating his love is by fucking him? Which was one of Justin’s main complaints when it came to Brian. I also wonder if he’s figured out that someone close to him has been feeding Ethan information from the very beginning? I won’t voice who I think it is yet....i’ll just keep reading.

Please don’t leave us hanging like that....I really can’t think of anything else other than that to say. Cliffhangers do me in every time.

Why does this ending make me as upset as the series ending? I can’t even put it into words it’s so frustrating.....I hope the wait won’t be too long for the sequel.

Welcome back! It seems you just love torturing our poor sensibilities....LOL. I can’t wait to see where this goes. I will admit right up front that the cattle prod situation made me a bit squimish, I couldn’t even imagine someone going through that.

Not really a big fan of Justin bottoming for Emmett, but it was a hot story. It put me in the mind of triciaqaf’s gone which is one of my favorites.....but I can’t shake my feeling of unease with this Toppy! Emmett.

How was Justin able to carry Gus 16 years later? Just a thought LOL. 

Yeah....I can’t with this one. Just the thought of Brian being with Evan in any way is too much for me. I’m not keen on Evan at all, I don’t think that will change for me.

Am I the only one who doesn’t like Cynthia very much right now? So she’s mad at a guy for wanting to marry her that she just might be pregnant by? And the fact that she’s not planning to tell him doesn’t paint her in a good light. She should at least give him the courtesy of letting him know what her intentions are. I’m sorry but she’s be pretty unfair here.

Do we get to know if she’s actually pregnant sometime soon?

I've been reading up to this point, but I think this is where I get off the train. It has nothing to do with your story personally, I'm just at a place where I can't take another super angsty, Brian is sick, Justin is sick, somebody is running away story. The fact that Brian is being forced to end his pregnancy just tipped it for me.

Just one question....why? Why would Brian leave Gus somewhere he doesn't want to be? Not to mention the cold callous statement about him being too selfish to have a kid living with him....I just can't with that because I don't see Brian ever acting that way toward Gus or considering his feelings. I'm really disappointed
