A Partner-free Week Getaway has sent relationships spiraling out of control. After a public altercation, landing the couples in front of Judge Marcus, four skilled counselors will have their work cut out for them to save the well-known couples of Liberty Avenue.
The question is: can they be saved... or do they even want to?
*This ambitious work is 5 stories in one fic!
Before I Let Go: General and Counselors Povs
Staying or Going- Brian and Justin’s story
In or Out- Michael and Ben’s story
The Wife or the Mistress- Ted and Blake’s story
Fire and Ice- Emmett and Drew’s story
Michael returns from Portland as a man on a mission. How is he going to respond when he finds out just how much things have changed? And will he finally figure out that it’s time to design his own life, instead of trying to plan Brian’s?
It’s decision time… and not only for Michael.
Again, a MAJOR shoutout goes to Lorie, who is helping me to endure the Committee of Whine and Coo at constant war in my head. And also to Cathy Sunderland (BritinManor) and Deb Tanner for the bunnies that is inspiring the continuation of this series. All of you ladies are AAAAaaa-MAZING!
HAPPY READING, Y'ALL!
One shot. Standalone fic. Introspective S4/S5 gap filler from Lindsay's point-of-view.
Written for the 2018 QaF Gift Exchange as a gift for TheaPink on LJ. Request was a story about the girls breaking up and getting back together in canon time, with the song "Just Hold On" as a prompt. The song immediately made me think of their S4/S5 breakup. This is a peek into Lindsay's thoughts during that time.
A Christmas story.
Set in S4. The timeline is a bit off. Let's pretend we're not noticing it.
Sickfic without plot. Justin gets sick. Brian takes care of him.
Set late season 4, post-cancer, pre-Liberty Ride.
What if, after overhearing the doctor leaving a message on Brian's machine, Justin had confronted Brian, instead of going to Michael? How would things have been different?
Canon divergence begins midway through episode 408. Plot bunny by Deb. Thanks to Sandi for being my beta.
Sequel to "Simple and Straightforward"
Counting down the days until Brian’s final radiation treatment was like counting down to normalcy -- at least, as normal as their life together ever had been or could be. At the very least, it would be an end to the runaway roller coaster ride of the last six weeks. Life had been speeding through a shitload of twists and turns, dragging a breathless Justin and Brian along for the white-knuckled ride as they both struggled to make sense of the scenery flying by.
Hurt/Comfort? Hurt/Comfort's bullshit.
Brian may not be able to say "I love you" in words, but then again, as they say, actions speak much louder. Now if Justin can just learn to read them . . .
Justin comes home horny as all hell after his first taste of vigilantism.
IM conversation between Brian and Justin, while Justin is in LA working on the Rage movie.
Justin finds a clue to Brian's ancestry and it leads him to some interesting discoveries.
Story #1 of The Sunshine Files
Sometimes Hunter felt like he was dead, sent to some version of Hell for stealing, for tricking, for ditching school, or for just being born. But his heart beating in his chest, sometimes at a slow and steady beat, sometimes at a rapid and panicked pace...It was that alone that made him realize he wasn't in Hell after all. This city, as shitty as it was to him, was his reality.
Justin is torn between Brian's offer to move into the loft with him, and Brett's offer of a job in L.A. After Brian encourages him to accept the job, Justin heads out to California but it isn't quite what he was expecting. His life with Brian back in Pittsburgh is equally complicated, and Justin needs to figure out what is really important to him before he can move forward with his life. Or, the one in which Justin is full of angst and confusion, Mikey is a mildly annoying but good friend whose criticisms are more valid than anyone wants to admit, Daphne and Ben are awesome, and Brian is, well, Brian.
Post 414, Brian has asked Justin to move in, Justin hasn't answered, what now? (This series picks up after the last episode of Season 4 and was written before Season 5- the final season- ever aired.) Written in 2004-2005.
(21 chapters + 3 epilogues)
Justin thinks he got it all figured out. Because Brian's so easy, at least when it comes to sex. Right.
Ted gets an eyeful of what we all want to see.
